The thickness makes it look more like playdough and since they made it super uncomfortably busy right in the middle the edges get even more awkward due to playdough thickness. The change from a darker blue to a teal-ish colour also makes it look even more cartoony bad but at least we can change that.

The neck in proportion to the rest of the body is crazy long (but imo the legs length seem fine). All in all I don't know how they're goofing up on a skin they've been working on for so long with such great concept art. Maybe they're letting an intern do it?

I still don't understand why the skin that was supposed to be slick and sleek ended up being SIGNIFICANTLY THICKER than the regular skin? Also... it got delayed for the really, really lacklustre Sonicor skin?

I almost thought that DE made two deluxe skins for one weapon there.

Everything about the Banshee Deluxe skin is a fucking joke. It looks nothing like the concept... or the intent of the design, it came out well over a month later than it was supposed to because of 'delays for the supplemental items' even though it's only a slightly modified sonicor skin. And it's more expensive. What even the fuck DE?
