They're talking about mastery level dictating the starting level of new weapons. So if you're MR 21, the weapon will be at level 21 as soon as you get it.

Would make me give more of a shit about raising mastery too.
Does that include formaing weapons? And will you still get the mastery if you make a new weapon or do you lose that amount of mastery points?
It works for forma'd items, and you still get all the experience for the levels skipped.

I wouldn't call it awkward. It just cuts out a lot of the useless grinding without you losing any experience. Win win.
If they're going to talk about a market price review they should maybe think about reviewing the platinum prices of non-prime frames because some of the prime frames are fairly cheap and some of the non-prime frames are pretty expensive.

Equinox has healing, team buffs, enemy debuffs, cool cc, an early game easy mode map clearer that still scales to late game with the end cast, figuring out when to use it all is weird but so rewarding. Everything is just so involved and fun.
