i want to relieve the radical 90s with agent cody banks and be a kid ninja riding hoverboard with explosions happening everywhere with goofy hencmen being flung about left and right and smash mouth blaring in the background
and besides the corpus get hoverskates i want hoverboards

I've been getting back into Warframe in a big way lately, and I've just started rolling with a Tigris and a Redeemer.

Arsenal>weapon/WARFRAME>actions >equip focus lens.
I suggest a weapon for your first lens as to be able to get focus points with any frame you play even if in total you may be getting less top start with since WARFRAMEs get the most total affinity in most cases.

Major exception to this is draco frames. Ideally excalibur but anyone who can DPS on Draco will get retard amounts of focus.

Judging by his hours & what he's asking about it doesn't seem like he has the meta Ceres-Draco builds for standing still in Interception and farming for focus points hours on end, he's doing quests & figuring out mechanics, probably does not have all warframes yet & doesn't know what is his favourite since he hasn't got to try them all.
I think binding his lens to a favourite weapon is the best thing he can do right now, he'll inevitably swap out his warframe for a prime one anyhow.
No point in forcing yourself to one warframe when new.
It's good information to have yes, but I don't think it applies to him yet.

Fair point, although I'd say with the hideous amount of affinity you need to max out focus stuff you'll likely understand draco by the time you get anywhere with casually obtaining focus in a weapon. The devs also have draco in their crosshairs though so who knows actually

Personally I hope they fix the balancing with the different skilltrees before adjusting how badly you have to farm.
Unairus best thing is +5-15% armour, Zenuriks best thing is INFINITE ENERGY GENERATION FOREVER
No one would or should ever pick Unairu over Zenurik.
I hope they don't nerf my Zenurik. I'm an energy addict and can't live without it.

It's even worse than that, it only actually goes up to 12% :v:
I mean that scales pretty nightmare tier hard on a valkyr with maxed steel fiber, armoured agility, and power strength warcry but even then there's no way I'd choose it over zenurik
not like i'd ever be using valkyr for anything other than web slinging anyways

I'm pretty sure Loki system's price on wf.market is driven by some irrational hysteria of him getting vaulted or market manipulation because it drops like candy on T3Sabotage
It was hard to farm back then on release because he was only available through T4Defense and Survival
