It's hard to tell from the dev workshop post, but it also sounds like damage resistance is no longer based on health and is simply a flat value based on power strength up to a maximum of 75%.

Scott is too proud of his own work. The game still has only handful of frames to balance and yet they still do a subpar job with it. Most of the passives are simply shit and feel like they took like 5 minutes to come up with.

I like the dev team for having the streams and all, but I just hate how they all act like everything they are doing is fine and dandy. I for one would love to see a guy in their devteam to actually give his HONEST opinion about stuff. Not make these "wow, that looks cool", "wow, amazing" comments all the time.

The new Ballista telegraph is so bad, it might as well not even exist. It's this tiny high-pitched whine that plays before they shoot, no visuals or anything. Can't even hear it over the simulacrum music. There's no visual queue, either.

Install it on whatever frame you use the most.

On a weapon that you carry with you in most missions so you can rank up focus while switching frames.

Slow Nova is going to make quick run defense a chore though, better off using her with survival or interception

Put it on the Redeemer, it's such a powerful weapon an will kill so many thing just about instantly, an it's silent, better to put it on the redeemer than the Loki.

Personally I just put lenses on all the frames and weapons I use most frequently, that way I have more opportunities for gaining Focus. Tho if you want to explicitly farm a lot of Focus with a certain setup, then I guess it would be optimal to equip a lense on a damage-dealing frame, since killing with weapons splits affinity across the weapon and Warframe, and killing with Warframe abilities doesn't.
