Asymmetrical? prolly the only frames that come to mind on being asymmetrical is Saryn, Proto-Excal, and ironically whatsherfacebeingtwoframesinone because i think her color scheme has one side colored differently than the other.
Chroma and zephyr are pretty much symmetrical. I dont know why I like the idea of using them, zephyr can be pretty fun and I like how chroma looks but none of them are really amazingly good, except maybe if you build zephyr specifically for use with the tonkor. Frames and weapons that people dont use a lot appeal to me but they usually arent used much for a reason.
They're just small details that never caught my eye before. One of vauban's eyeball-thingy is higher than the other, there's this weird asymmetrical thing on inaros' chest etc

It's the pose that stretches the model differently causing it to appear more uneven but I believe Vaubans texture is actually mirrored halfway down the middle. Not saying there aren't any warframes that aren't symmetrical, just saying most are but appear not to be due to posing.
So no color palette this year?
So no color palette this year?
There are only so much unique distinguishable colors.
But it would have been nice to have
Independence Day's cancelled, sorry guys.

(PC) Orokin Catalyst, Io (Jupiter) Im gonna leave this for you guys. Its 1 hour.
An hour and a half to be precise
I hope that since they've been in development for a bit, kavats will actually be good, unlike kubrow and sentinels.
Even if they were good, DE will slap some kind of DNA degradation horseshit on them in order to make them not worth it in the long run.

He's good, but he's only for solo play in my opinion [sp]but that doesn't stop me from dragging him along to parties cause he looks pretty[/sp]
Orbiter posters
I wonder if this means we'll get a 2D art section in the Workshop.
I wonder if this means we'll get a 2D art section in the Workshop.
Uploading screenshots/artwork to tennogen would be really cool. I can't help but think the prices would be really bad though. There's no way I'm going to pay even 1 euro to have an image put on my ship even if I can put filters on it.
You should be able to just put in screenshots you took in those FRAMES.
You should be able to just put in screenshots you took in those FRAMES.
But how would they earn profit on that aspect of the game? It's not really worth doing if you can't get money for it.
But how would they earn profit on that aspect of the game? It's not really worth doing if you can't get money for it.
Not directly, but just like with free quests, the more free great features the game has, the more people will play it, the more chance they will pay moneys for plat or w/e. Now I am not saying that would be the SELLER FEATURE, but still, locking this behind a paywall greatly diminishes its usage. I doubt anyone will actually pay Steam $ for an image on the inside of their spaceship, it's like paying Steam $ for noggles, noone would do it.

There's no way I'm going to pay even 1 euro to have an image put on my ship even if I can put filters on it.
Depends how they ship it. Dota 2 loadingscreens for example are part of item set bundles or dedicated loading screen bundles. And bundles already exist in Warframe. I also believe we've got community-contributed avatars already ingame, which is also part of the reason why I doubt they'll allow you to upload custom content. The other part being that devs don't seem to be a fan of their games being associated with goatse and porn decor - the latest Counter-Strike for example doesn't have custom sprays anymore, despite also not monetizing official sprays, which would have lead to an obvious conflict of interest. You may be able to connive at that if the Orbiter was a completely private experience, but with players being able to visit your Orbiter in the cards, that doesn't apply here either.
But how would they earn profit on that aspect of the game? It's not really worth doing if you can't get money for it.
I mean, a game with more features still attracts more customers and can be proftiable that way. Not every feature needs to be monetized, and not every feature in Warframe is (all Operator faces, including the new ones are still free for example, and major content patches generally include features that are free for everyone, such as story content). But this specific feature certainly seems ripe for monetization in my opinion.
How the new void system is going to work: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/667312-dev-workshop-projections-void-tears/#comment-7460512
Well... I'm going to be desperately playing through my remaining Sab keys before this update hits

Did they really ever say they wanted to reduce the grind? Cause this couldn't get any more hypocritical if they did.

Though I do really like that they're reworking on the Void to make it interesting again, those void tears somehow remembers me of BioShock Infinite.
