Yes? The crouching soldier, who quite obviously has a muted danish flag on the arm. They're reskins you know, using vanilla equipment. Plus the fact that the camouflage is the Danish M84, though with different colors.

Compare the blue from the muted Finnish flag on the red of the danish flag, and do the same for the white. Though there is an issue with the NATO uniform that the section where the flag is on it is sort of reflective, so here's how it looks with less light reflecting on it

Though still, the camouflage should make it fairly noticable as to not being swedish, as the swedes got their M90 camo. Though that reminds me, I'll have to do a template of that.

It's probably as Danish as I'll make it, since if the colors were any more saturated it'd stand out pretty strongly, which would kind of defeat the point of having muted colors in the first place :v:

I've seen pictures of Norwegian soldiers in Afghanistan with IR reflective flags and they had NOR written on them so maybe you could do something similar.
All the scando flags look the same anyway, differing colors aren't enough.

Ignore the two dumbass sentries at the checkpoint, that's part of the animation I set them up to do. This was my first time messing with animations. But it's so much easier to make bases now because the 3D Editor completely eliminates all the guess work you had to do in the 2D Editor just to make a proper fucking wall although some objects don't react well to uneven terrain as with the HESCO barriers to the left and the concrete barriers.
You guys got any good tutorial on how to add vehicles to the game? My friend wants to add his helicopter he made to the game but is not sure how and google isn't very helpful atm.

Oh yeah, the Danish units aren't set up for editor correctly yet, so using them isn't recommended. If you guys want though, I'll switch the Danish abberviation from RDA to DDF, but whichever works for me.
Oh and also eventually I might use non-default weapons for the units, though if I were to do that I'd have to learn how to port from A2 so I could get the Rk-95 from it into A3, preferably using Toadie's AK animations 'cause they're pretty damn nice. If anyone got any links/tutorials on stuff like that it'd be much appreciated.

But, the amount of fun you get out of ARMA is the amount of fun you wish to get out of it - the campaign only goes so far, the real fun lies in the editor and playing with organized or semi-organized groups

It's complicated
Arma 3 entities (with models at least) exist in about a 50:50 split between the .p3d (which is a model file with knobs on) and the config
You'll want to get the model into object builder, the standard tool for working with .p3ds, and also the other tools from the A3 tools pack (it's in your steam tools), and then you'll need to build your .p3d file - the .p3d isn't just a model file, it includes important stuff like texture paths, geometries, levels of detail and memory points
The other half is the config, its structure is vaguely similar to C with the whole class inheritance thing, you'll want to inherit from a default helicopter and then steadily build up the differences (be wary that helicopters have the whole flight model thing to deal with). You can use the config viewer in the base game to look at the different attributes different helicopter have
In regards to both of these, you can probably find decent help on the BI wiki and the BI forums, I can't help much with vehicles as the most I've done with models are grenades (;_;)
Be wary that object builder can't unpack .p3ds straight from the pbo as binarized pbos can't be opened, you'll want to take a look at a way to unlock .p3ds or take a look at the arma 2 source files that BI released and have hosted somewhere

You know I wouldn't mind switching to ACRE purely for the fact that I don't to use seperate backpacks for long distance communication, and I can put them in any bag I want.
TFR is easy and great to use though, but the backpacks suck.
the backpacks are shitty, and i'd really prefer ACRE for the way it handles proximity chat, and the ability to hear live players when you're spectating
but then I remember back when we used ACRE in arma 2. teams listening in on eachother in tvt's, people constantly hotmicing over entire games, it's a double edged sword

also i really like that TFR separates your SR and LR into two different keystrokes, rather than having to switch between them
although based on Whitefox's last performance, that wont stop everyone from accidentally talking on the wrong radio
