It's at out 19:00 GMT regular mish time, usually no longer than 3 hours.

Damn. That's 2:00 EST, I start work at 3:30 EST. Don't want to have to drop mid game.

Since I'm new I'd like to know if their is a JIP period before the mission officially starts so I can insure that all of my mods are in proper working order? I'd hate to find out while trying to join that the repository didn't properly grab every file.

you can join whenever, the servers always open. If you get kicked, theres something wrong.
