Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the feedback so far:
- Remove WICE News
- Screw the Heli
- Fuck Toadie's Saiga 12K, aka fuckboi 1's weapon
- Less CPs, particularly with removing the village and port yard
- More focus on control points and have some for each faction to back up on.
- Make it so 2 players must be on a point to capture it
- INDFOR's squad leader's uniform basically makes you an easy target
- Performance was sucky, even without AI
- Give each team 1 minute to plan out their strategy in-game.
- Give info beforehand that the command cars were mobile spawn points
- Re-config radios
- Apply personal radios to their appropiate faction (BLUFOR had INDFOR Radios)
- Less obscure scopes for OPFOR
Pre-config the radios to make setup easier.

Whatever the scopes were on the opfor rifles were meh, something less obscuring would be cool especially since we're doing urban combat

I may not show up today, I hate blowing you guys off but my sleep schedule is all kinds of fucked up and I pushed myself to make it yesterday, I'm also not as energetic as I was yesterday, so if I stop replying on Steam and don't show up my usual 30 minutes early to the mission then I probably am asleep.

No scopes, no DMR. Atleast imo. Bit more focus with the objectives so we are spread less thin, and perhaps some anti-spawn camp defense at the base such as invincible AI guarding them or something.

Installed Arma 2 to screw around in the editor and make battles as I do now and then on my new PC
I remembered Blastcore being good so I picked up that and CBA, since I've no interest in an MP scene that's 95% DayZ I just dumped the PBOs in addons. I tried to install Six but that wouldn't even install for some bizarre reason.
Anyway, every time the game loads it bitches at me about CBA not being installed when it obviously is, this is of course because I haven't done the whole mod path thing you're encouraged to do
I then concede and do it anyway. This breaks Combined Operations and means that loading OA in Steam just gives OA. I get rid of the mod path and it goes back to the way it was before, bitching about no CBA. I hate modding this game, not going to lie.
Another thing I'd like to know is if there's a record of shells/bombs you can use for simulated bombing/artillery impacts for use in scripting

If Arma 2 even has a config viewer, look in CfgAmmo maybe

I presume this something worked up in the editor
This is common, I know there is a way to stop this from happening though I can't remember it clearly, a long while ago I spent about an hour dicking around trying to solve this problem
Try:
1) Move waypoint, behaviour "careless", speed "fast"
2) Not grouping vehicles in the convoy together, this should stop the second vehicle constantly braking like in the video

1) They're not made to follow traffic
2) They're not convoying behind that vehicle
3) Looks like a custom map too
They're trying to maneuver around an obstacle but since it's driving their path is clear so they move forward again.
4) bohemia hasn't updated the ai since arma 1

As for my (late) review, my weapon wasn't too bad (i still have no idea what it was), I didn't have any morphine tho
Dead bodies despawned too fast, so I had no chance of looting medical supplies.
I think for the faction size we had, 3 CPs would be enough, so you can actually send a whole squad to one point.
I don't know if this was because I picked up enemy suits, but I apparently killed 7 friendlies, even tho only kaukassus was in my faction.
All in all it was a fun mission, will upload a video with the highlights.

it'll be a super short brief anyway no 30 minute long autistic shit the plan will be simple enough for the FTL's to get briefed on in a minute or two
Important message to all. There's no respawn and also no JIP due to the way that Arma handles respawn. So join up before we start the mission.
