then why not remove the rg-33 if it's a) not finished b) never will be c) it's ugly and barely works (no brakes)
Another thing about the mission. I was telling Toad about all the things that were going wrong and things that needed improving and every time he was like "That's Cloak's fault". So when I found Cloak to tell him about what he did wrong he was like "Tell that to Toad, that was his fault". SOMEONE NEEDS TO OWN UP TO THIS.
I'm wondering if the DX 12 update is going to happen in 2016 or if we have a change to get it this year ? Plus i'm wondering what the hell is wrong with my arma, i'm only at 40% cpu usage in multiplayer. with about 40fps. In single player i got 120 (Same place on the map) and my cpu is at 30%. The fps drop in multiplayer is linked to the mission, right ? So how the hell can i get fps drop without having my CPU at 100% usage ? (Got a R9 290 and a i5 2500k)
I doubt even DX12 can save Arma 3.

It may make a difference on tanoa since it looks like it will have a lot more objects which are a lot more complex (Jungle trees, etc..), but I don't think you'd see that much of a difference on the current maps.
The only thing that can straight up save Arma is an engine that's not from 1999.
Or headless client being fixed for the server.

Even if you were they wouldn't find out, their lawyers don't browse A3 mod sites and wouldn't put up days of effort to get their 30$ back. Go for it!

ai are half-decent at driving tanks, offroad that's about it
I don't remember it being this hard to build AI convoys in A2 They used to run pretty well, except for the occasional hiccup at waypoints
i think norrin's convoy script is updated / still works decently

Are you trying to get them to go "careless" off-road? I don't think that'll work, since in Careless and Safe, they'll try to drive on roads. If they're fucking up on roads, then idk. Maybe the pathing for the roads on the map you're on is fucked?

Generally my biggest gripe with the AI is the stupidity of the tank AI. In Arma 2 their idea of attacking a position is either getting there as fast as possible and ignoring targets or spinning on the spot and presenting their rear armour as often as possible.
My favourite part of tank AI is watching them swing the turret around and knock down like every lamppost and sign they can find, then shoving the barrel through a window and getting stuck. Or then there's the fact that they don't seem to actually recognise anything short of a 20-storey skyscraper or actual friendly units as an obstacle so they keep driving into trees and getting stuck. I'm fairly convinced that there isn't actually any specialised tank AI, and they just have no idea what they are doing when put into a tank.
AI in vehicles also don't seem to use cover at all, they just rush the enemy or perform donuts out in the open. Mechanised AI is also atrocious. If they spot enemies they will dismount even in the middle of an open field, slowly begin to make their way towards the enemy (at which point they are already dead because the vehicle stopped under direct line of fire), arbitrarily mount their vehicle again mid assault and rinse and repeat when bumrushing towards the enemy and/or dismounting at the next point of actual cover might be more survivable. edit: i think they will actually dismount on contact even if the vehicle is locked making a mechanised assault impossible to even script.
So as you've probably noticed we've being adding reskins to our modpack and now we're making original content [video=youtube;uiVS38qsmgQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiVS38qsmgQ&feature=youtu.be[/video] So apart from that absolutely horrific weapon, myself, Tomoe and Fippe (also massive, massive thanks to Toadie) have been working on a few additional hand grenades, like this No.82 Gammon Bomb: [t]http://i.imgur.com/xt5NKxS.png[/t] So far, I have the No.82, the rock and a No.74 finished, with an RKG-3 antitank grenade awaiting textures and a stielhandgrenate waiting to be debugged However, in addition to this, I've also been thinking of adding content, like weapons and items I have a bunch of things on my todo list, but I'd like to add even more ideas to bloat the modpack, so have a google form where you can tell me what you want to bloat the modpack with: [url]https://docs.google.com/forms/d/11MVICO3Fr_Lzea82C25MJ5QO9uapNJrkB5J-rnHnpks/viewform[/url] I've added some examples in there, and also, please, small projects like items and small weapons, no vehicles (M60 Patton was there due to [I]some people whom shall not be named[/I])
