I remember it having a reasonable amount of servers for a game of its age, like maybe 5 or so with a fair amount of players. The only problem is that the game has aged terribly and the players are awful.

720p 60 fps with ~7 Mbps bitrate should look good and not be annoyingly huge for people with 1080p screens. main quality factor with video is bitrate. i see in that clip your average video bitrate was only 846 Kbps; even for 720x480 at 60 fps that's waaay too low, as evidenced by the horrible artifacting.

if you run out of ammo you can melee bash with the weapon
also if you use a melee weapon i highly recommend you vats with it

And even with 100mbit maximum upload size, just stick with ~7 Mbps bitrate regardless? But hey if nothing else, by trial&error I go. TY for tips people.
