Did you use OBS? Quick sync is just the encoder, the final image. So if you're using OBS, OBS captures the game, processes it, and sends the final image to be encoded, which would be 720p60.
So I think the issue is just OBS's capture at the time.

It's nobody's thing, but for reasons unknown everyone who plays it loves it. Myself included
The whole point of video games for me is to be able to experience things that I wouldn't normally be able to experience, trucking is one of those things. I also like Farming Simulator too, in a way that doesn't involve laughing at hilarious bugs or physics. It's just the same as flight simulators except you are doing something different, but still something that you have never done before.

Completed it and you're only Level 13 on Agility and 12 on Power? Did you rush through the story missions or something? I finished the game at like 20 on both.

Yeah, I rushed through the story, and am only now actually going out and doing the side quests and killing hordes of zombies.

Can you put a back support, or anything to help take the force when it fires? Or perhaps make 1 row fire after the other?

The former: Yes, though that would require me to turn off the bounding box which doesn't let you progress through levels.
The latter: No, all cannons are bound to the same key and there's no timing options.

I kinda liked it as a sort of teaser-game, I just wish Ubisoft would have okayed them to make a sequel that was more fleshed out. I really loved the storytelling and how things would change as he described it, even if it was kinda confusing at times.
