For me personally it's a "podcast game". I barely have to do shit while I'm playing it, but it's something to just barely keep me focusing on a task while I listen to podcasts instead of getting distracted.
Now I don't HAVE to be listening to a podcast to enjoy it, but it's a great way to burn through a backlog quickly.

Played it for 4 hours last night, only managed to take these shots, was having too much fun.
If you've got a rig that can play this well (in its current state), I highly recommend it.

I can't find a Street Fighter or fighting games general thread so I'll ask here
I'm playing Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix Half-Caf Hold The Mustard, and I can't reliably beat the AI on Easy. I have questions.
* I already understand that "charge" just means "hold down for like two seconds", but even with this, how come I can only do special moves sometimes?
* What is the super meter and why does the AI's meter fill up faster than mine?
* I get the feeling that there's a meta game I'm supposed to be aware of? Or at least "some heroes are hard counters to others"?
* Is the "throw your opponent to the ground" thing random chance or is it a move? I'm not noticing a pattern to it, just occasionally one of us slams the other down.
* Is it ever explained how the guy in India managed to learn firebending from fucking yoga?

It takes a lot of practice to get it right, also patience is key. If you get too greedy with hits, you get punished severely for it.
