the jc3 webms you posted on the last page took like 40-50 seconds to load each for me. all the others posted load instantly.
I sent the Webm to a friend of mine while we were talking over Skype, and it played all the way through the moment he opened the link without any buffering issues. Pretty instant.
On Chrome it loads somewhat slower for me, but still faster than the playback.
I don't understand where the issue lies. Maybe it's a country thing.

They instantly decided not to work at all for me until I opened them manually in a new tab, now the embedded ones works fine.

This was done with the Steam Controller.
Sorry if this is the wrong place but I just wanted to share it with you guys who might find this interesting. I hardly play CS:GO and I suck at it so what amazes me is that even after only 1 hour of actually playing CS:GO with the Steam Controller, I get a similair score compared to me playing with a m+kb. It's really great, like seriously great. You just have to get over the learning curve in the beginning and the time you'll have to put into it to get the most out of the controller. It won't beat m+kb but it can get you a long way.
Sorry again if this is kinda off-topic. I might post some video's later on though, to show how good it works, even in multiplayer games.
