GT rang a bell but I wasn't sure if they added tire deformation with GT6's new suspension physics. Either way, other than that, no idea. Forza has had it since 2009, LFS has had it for ages (and was the first game I saw it in), rFactor 2, iRacing, RRRE, etc. all have it.
I think GT6 has it.
At least the "Demo" had it. (GT Academy etc)

Not at all
The whole parkour gameplay in Unity was very floaty in a way
Syndicate, instead features buildings and streets with more realistic proportions, easy controls for either climbing up, down or simply jump an obstacle on your same level
Also, the line launcher they introduced is far more entertaining to use than what I thought at first

Project Reality without the bad parts, like the shitty gunplay. The firefights in this game are the most intense I have seen in any game, with everyone using heavy suppressive fire.

it's definitely more akin to arma but it does't have all of the absurd complexity. the game has like 8 buttons

I think part of the problem with the system from Unity and after is that it just blocks you from doing things. Sometimes I want to make a risky jump but the game won't let me easily do it without slowing down or stopping first.

I've decided to replay it just for the story alone (I even set the difficulty to easy), but really, a second sitting may be really to much: I really like this game, but it does tend do drag on far longer than necessary and requires a lot of investment on the player's part (and I wanted to play Awakening yet)

I wouldn't call arma absurdly complex. Was fairly easy to get into when i did back in ARMA 2, and when me and my friends LAN, we often introduce people to the game and they get the general idea of controls and stuff within an hour or two.
