I really wish there was a way to get the tommy gun for my online character. Could do some great shots with that. Literally and figuratively.

it's pretty good especially for £10, i'm completely lost in the dungeon currently but have found all kinds of shit and there's some sort of story developing through letters and notes i've found lying around/on enemy corpses

I've spent hours in the arena, I couldn't tell you how long the main game is though. The combat is soo friggin fun.
I really, really wish it had multiplayer pvp though. It would be perfect.
Ooo, also the developers for Exanima are working on an open-world rpg with the same mechanics.
In fact, Exanima is a prelude to this (Sui Generis):

I don't actually know how much is in the game in terms of content. I think there are more than 3 distinct areas you can get to ( I read that somewhere ), yet I'm still stuck on the first one because I keep getting killed. :v: Its really challenging, but losing is kinda fun. If you don't like starting a game over and over to get better at it in order to beat it, I don't think you'll have that much fun, but its still enjoyable. Perhaps just because its so much different from other games with sword combat.

The most important thing is mastering the camera (read: using space in combat). Do you know how to block properly? I never read the ingame tutorial that carefully. You basically just have to move the cursor in the direction the attack is coming from while you're not attacking yourself.

Hold space bar during combat. I find that works wonders
i'm not entirely sure but it seems that an arrow comes up whenever an enemy is about to strike, indicating time/direction for blocking.

move your cursor to face the direction the strike is coming from, your dude will move the weapon in to position.

Diablo 1 Tchernobog, the multiplayer alpha of that Beelzebub/HD mod for it.
It's kinda unstable, but it's great fun to play Diablo 1 with good netcode and quest bosses from the SP (though full quests aren't in yet)

Your character will passively block most strikes if you're facing the attack. No need to hold down anything.

It's a script mod called angry planes. It just constantly respawns up to 50 planes flying low near you and crashing.

I went on steam yesterday and saw that I can no longer play Project CARS, i only have this icon:

So you paid for it in EA to help fund the games development and get into the game early and they screw you over
