I'm not using any texture pack, the only mod i have is PipWare UI. The screenshots are resized from 2560x1440 to 1280x720.
Ultraluxe has HD Tables.

Some of those skins you have have overkill phong and it looks gross. Reminds me of when people went overboard with phong in 2008 on CSS skins.

I just haven't abused the fuck out of it like most people do.
People assume any corrupted slow motion is twixtor, when in reality it's probably built in Pixel Motion of After Effects.
Properly tuned Twixtor used in the right moments is often undetectable. People just remember the term "Twixtor" more often to put the blame on something.
speaking of video editing, are there any good ones other than vegas/premiere that can export webm?

Twixtor is powerful as fuck, if you know what you're doing and don't just decide you need extreme slow motion for everything, all the time.
Well it's difficult to not generalize when I have no idea what the fuck it actually is, I assumed since it was the only way I'd seen it, that the dodgy blur shit was twixtor.
So, I was driving around this awesome custom track in Assetto Corsa, when this happened:
