By the way, is there any way of scaling a 3840x2160 image like that one down to below 5MB without much quality difference? The original is a large PNG, I'd rather avoid JPG where I can but it's the only way to keep the dimensions and reduce size, because most hosting sites don't like big files.

Twixtor is an interpolation pixel motion plugin for video editing software. You give it a speed, or a target Fps or whatever, and it will recreate frames between. Similar to what a TV might do for 120hz, except you have lots of control. You can input motionvectors from software if you have them, or matte out areas to keep together, mask out motion. You can scale the search system or whatever, it's very customizable.
Kids just pirate it and throw it onto their videos without knowing how to use it and make it look terrible. Twixtor and Pixel Motion are used in lots of tv shows and commercials, you just often don't notice it. If it's a small change it's a simple solution if you need to retime something for a music video or an advert.

Depends what you want. For huge pictures like my GTA ones above I've started using Flickr, since there's no compression, no filesize limit, and 1TB of free space.
If you want no compression but don't mind a 5MB file limit, Cubeupload is pretty great since you can grab your links quicker than Flickr.

Needless to say I died shortly after this was taken followed closely by the battleship and the other cruisers on my team while the Destroyer made an attempt to stop them from capping the base, but only got there in time to put some torpedoes in the water before they won. But at least I took out two St.Louis' and helped sink of their battleships before going down.

It's called hockey?, but google filters punctuation, so you have to search for Hockey Question Mark.

Been workin on a custom livery for the Stratos in Dirt Rally. Couple of skins out there already with the Alitalia livery, but I felt like making one myself. Still a lot of adjusting to do.
