Nah, its all (extremely complicated) command stuff. Way more complicated than any sort of strategy game I've played before.
However, theres Steel Armor Blaze of War which is made by the same devs, that was recently added to steam that allows you to control T-62s and M60s, also extremely complicated though. That still has part of the strategy element with the campaign maps and all that.

Basically, Windows 10 comes with it's own Shadowplay that works much like the one in the Xbox One.
"Record that" is recording the last mins of gameplay (you can set how many); Star/Stop Recording is the standard, and you have a screenshot function too.
There's even an UI bar that shows up ingame should you press Win+G (or Win+Alt+G) :

It's pretty handy as I've said before, but it sometimes doesn't "latch on" to the games... Still, the feature is in its infancy.
