The level design is tricky, enemies literarly spawn everywhere and there are far too many elite mooks around (several Supersoldaten and rocket launcher troopers)
To add insult to injury, the following level, [sp]the Nazis' base on the Moon[/sp], is one of the easiest levels in the game, provided you have become good with your knife and can milk everything worth out of the incredibly useful weapon you are given at the beginning of the stage

If you have all the mods for the LKW up until that point and keep picking up nades/AR rocket ammo it's pretty straightforward.
