Doesn't it just make you re-do all your levels once you become a Jedi, though? I can't remember, it's been a long time since I played the first KOTOR.

Nope. You get one free force power and all your future skill points and abilities gained are tied to you jedi class, making your starting class practically useless.

I have to say it's a brilliant game so far. Great diversity in weapons and enemy types. Navigating the ship is atmospheric, although the gore is a bit over the top at times. I really like how the game has each menu, map and objective screen take place in real time, so it doesn't take you out of the experience.

The combat and weapon crafting were the best parts of 3.
I still like 3, but 2 was definitely where the series peaked.
