CNPP is definitely the point of no return. You can continue the game after completing it, but even if you manage to run back through the military (With missile launching choppers) and make it to the entrance, there is no area changer.

LURK 2.0 barely had anything done tbh besides some guns and config work. As well as some engine experiments based on OGSE's branch of the engine (which was heavily in development at the time)
Pretty much all the guns Millenia did were released for FO:NV anyway
And Mill was really starting to hate the material system (or lack thereof) in STALKER, which I can definitely understand - we can't really properly control reflections and etc on objects.

Originally, it would have sucked. Todays market is way better for stalker than it was around the time it was supposed to come out. It's more pc-centric now, while originally stalker 2 was gonna be dumbed down as fuck for consoles, iirc. Also, nieche appeal is more recognized theese days, and stalker is pretty nieche.

Dumbing down games is never a good thing. Fallout: BOS comes to mind.
Can somebody explain to me whats the deal with Arsenal Overhaul's new versions?
It seems like every time there's a new 3.x version the old one gets removed until its release, but for some reason i always see people crazy hyped about it - but every new version usually has the same weapon models, maybe some new sounds, and a few new weapons/animations.
Like, i don't get why he removes old versions and shit? Is it just because he doesn't support them?

He's also removed his Moddb page several times in a row. I really don't get why he lets the trolls of /sg/ get to him.

the thing about /sg/ and 4chan in general is that you've gotta know which posts are honest, if a bit brutal criticism, and which ones are just trolling, memes and salt

I'm not one to typically post for help but its a bit important for this. I am sure a few of you are aware of the custom Stalkers I've been posting which will be released as an independent mod and as part of Beacon's WormWood.
Decent progress has been made but now that I am attempting to get them in-game I am running into an error right now and I am wondering if anyone can help explain to me what is going on.
