Holy shit Andrey Voitishin
This is the same guy who fixed the VS2013 OpenXRay engine alongside TeamEPIC to make it work for Call of Chernobyl, and also gave it LuaJIT 2.0.3 too, which was at first seen as an impossible thing to do.
yeah it's pretty promising to have Smokem on their team
Interviewing Survarium's devs. Any of ya'll got any questions you'd like me to ask and bump back up?

Equipment checker for MISERY 2.1.2, which is (on it's own), a pretty neat and handly little feature. If only the text was true to the original game!

If you're not keeping up with VICE's ongoing coverage of the war in the east of Ukraine, you really should be. This is probably the most intense video yet. Unbelievable scenes.
Etcetera, you are gonna cream yourself.
UPGRADE EDITOR FOR CALL OF PRIPYAT.
- Works with guns suits and shit
- You can edit upgrade textures too
- You can edit upgrade point placement coords too
- Utilizes its own project format files so you can continue working anytime on anything you saved

Everyone wants to know:
When freeplay arrives \ or at least some screens \ videos of it
When "storm" arrives
But they will dodge these questions most likely...

Cheers, man. It's looking pretty nice so far:
[t]http://puu.sh/fy9kP/244d10001d.jpg[/t]
It's even got variables which presumably appear and disappear attachments like we saw with the sawn-off/full length shotgun model in their recent videos. Presumably they won't work without the engine extensions, but it's still very exciting.

First details about Survarium freeplay.

Wow, I thought getting info would never happen!
It actually sounds really interesting. I was also worried about the size of the maps, but according to this they will be much larger than standard maps. (Thank god)
It would be amazing if long-term they could have a number of these extra large free-play maps, and just string them together for a STALKER-esque experience. (With saving allowed etc)
Either way, bring it on...

I wish I knew what those extensions were(hint hint to Gunslinger) I'd love to work them into Clear Sky.

yeah, it's fairly reassuring, it sounds pretty good

Yeah, I think we'd all like to get our hands on them. I assume Sin! and WolfkOTTO will be sitting on them until Gunslinger is released, though.
Imho this is better than vanilla where you'd spam a button whilst in combat to perform such an action. How many a stalker have survived SHoC by spamming medkits or bandages? :p
You'd have to balance it out with some sort of adrenaline system then, though. Or be misery, I guess.

It says in the article they seem to have different areas that you can enter and leave so it seems like you can. Also if a "storm" is going on you can't enter an area (blowout basically)
Apparently storms will generate unique items (i'm guessing artifacts) immediately after they are over, so this literally sounds like competitive artifact hunting with other players.
Holy hell, AF3 SHoC + Dynamic Shaders looks amazing imho!

Also, LA be posting screenshots that look like pictures:

Sorry for the image spam, but in my most humble opinion, this post is worth the length. I seriously had to look twice at the first LA screen to not confuse it with a real life picture.

That's some insane fucking STALKER atmosphere there, man.
Loving how LA is looking. Hopefully this new version will be better than the last. I really enjoyed it when it first came out, not having played STALKER SoC before.

Am I allowed to feel triggered?
Am I allowed to feel triggered?
I have SoC now, if that makes it better? But feel free to rage, I have this sinking feeling I deserve it.
What would be the best mod for Call of Pripyat that updates the vanilla experience more or less but still adds new content? Hope that makes sense. I read the OP but still dunno what to pick.

I don't rage. I say come in, don't just stand there.

Didn't Vincent_Vega storm out dramatically on AP-Pro the other day?

For many reasons, the development of DC have to stop .. sorry of course but what can you do, this country simply trash, life under the slogan "the worse - the better" just nonsense ... is committed to what the soul is impossible tobish IRTO more simply impossible - you need something to eat .. The level that I personally reached requires enormous effort and, worse still a lot of time, which is not and will not do something or worse in a hurry I have absolutely no interest. In addition Heitinga has exceeded all limits and lay heavy precipitation in the soul, mind one question "and I need it, this shit? ..."
In parting pack of screenshots, the moments are different stages of development, too, at one and the same locations possible different vegetation, weather, etc. Also renders all different and different is the graphics settings.
All in all good! Adios! Part 1: Part 2: Heartfelt thanks to all those who supported me all the time I dragged heaven on earth. In the next day the party will put more screenshots.

Vincent confirmed for two faced jerk with gigantic ego.
There were also boxes for dumping off unsellable loot like very low condition guns, and every so often, they'd be replaced with money. The assumption was that some rookie stalker would grab a gun from there and leave a handful of rubles behind as thanks.
This sounds a lot better than having enough half broken pistols/rifles lying on the ground outside the shop to arm a small country that normally happens in my games
Vincent confirmed for two faced jerk with gigantic ego.
The ugly side of modding. Unfortunately for every passionate, humble, down to earth modder you get 5 ego driven creative types whose mood can change at the drop of a hat. I hate especially when they're working on something particularly good and it feels like you're walking on eggshells around them trying to placate them so they'll keep working.
