Yes there is. I've got a version of that for Vanilla+.
It's on AMK, subforum SoC. "Dynamic Weapon Listings" or something.

Avoitishin's Github fork of OpenXRay is the only one that's been keeping up to date for CoP recently, but it's pretty much died since Avoitishin went to work for Ray of Hope and Alundaio dropped off the face of the Earth

That sounds like a realistic Misery-ish feature. Not being able to open the backpack while you are handling your gun.

I thought of the same thing. That's how I managed to keep playing but eventually it bugged me too much (pun not intended but still funny)

OK thanks! That doesn't sound too bad so I might give it an install. The Stalker General guide says its compatible with AA2 so I'll see how it goes.

The grass and ground contrasts too much, removing the wholeness that the plants and flat plane we like to call ground usually create.
It's a little too dark, I feel like that'd cause some eye strain after awhile, along with having to use the flashlight during the day.
Needs more yellow.

It's looking good as it is, funnily enough I have just posted how much I like the lighting on moddb.
It looks terrible tbh, why is ground so dark if clouds are so bright?
Even if sun weren't visible, clouds should illuminate ground in that weather.
There should also be no shadows in this weather.

I do agree, however. The ground is too saturated. I'm trying to find the proper color for that. And grass blending is beyond me, really. Help in this area is much appreciated.
It's easier to tweak lighting in the base game with some vanilla-like shaders and weather, though.

Really looking forward to trying Vanilla+ on SHoC.
Tried SHoC with ZRP recently and I just can't bring myself to play unmodded S.T.A.L.K.E.R. anymore. :(
All I want is latest ogse for the steam version. Also shoker 3 can't come fast enough.
What's the best overhaul mod for Clear Sky? Preferably one that fixes the weird thing with there being a chance of your bullets just missing for no reason I've heard about and one that has improved gun models and animations.
