Decided to pop into Noah to avoid an emission, he had obviously died because all there was left was a broken Spas 12 on the ground. The area around his barge is crazy in Misery, bloodsuckers and psydogs exploding everywhere.
Man, fuck the military people with a rusty bolt. Try to save the Stalkers and Mole, but not a single one can stay alive longer than 10 seconds. Those health increase and bulletproofing artifacts are definitely helping me now as I try to hide from the hail of bullets that seem to go through the solid metal gates? Managed to Save Mole either way after an hour of sneaking around. Got a better gun now, so military serve some purpose at least. After letting a bloodsucker maul some dudes in the agropom underground, I walked into the base half dead because they couldnt hit a slow-moving target for some reason. Popped a medkit, Shotgunned 2 dudes in front of the package I needed, and parkoured off the roof. Its amazing what you can do with a running dash, some health artifacts, an energy drink, and a military medkit. Now I'm done with the first visit to the Bar, bought a gun with a scope so nobody's face is safe now, and I'm on my way to get that other key to X18. Spooky times are ahead, aren't they?
Just to make sure, you're not keeping the +Health artifacts on during firefights? I assume not, but it's worth checking.

We just had our meeting trough skype with Hunter, I and Nikita about RoH project, and what is going on with the Alpha version of the game. So, the open alpha indeed started at 15.5. But the team hit a problem on the way, and the problem was theft. Sadly, some of the testers tried to steal our work. Because we don’t have credits or anything yet people tried to use our mod for their own gain, so we had to shut down the server and make protection for the files. This means that we will have another launch soon! Don’t worry, nothing was stolen, partially our fault that we did not have the protection we needed to have. But looks like you can’t ever be too careful with these things. Even now we have torrent ready to be sent out, but we can’t do that just yet.

Little update on Ray of Hope. From the comments on russian site VK i found some replies from devs. Some info bits translated from russian: There won't be 3rd person view for characters. There might be 3rd person view for vehicles if they add them (they want to). Beta is "soon". Mod will probably not run with less than 4gb of ram.

Seeing all these mods in progress out there, I wonder if there is going to be some point in time where they will all be entering into finished states. I can see it now, a golden age of stalker mod releases.
