also I really wish "I want you to keep your distance" actually meant "keep your distance" with companions :v:
I keep getting trapped in buildings because my companions come up RIIIIIIGHT behind me and block the door.[/QUOTE]
You can order your companions to move away from you. Try using your keyboard's keypad, the command for telling your meatbags to move around was either 1, 2 or 3 by default.
I never realised this, but everyone in Stalker has oddly shaped boots.
I hope the guy making the vanilla armours enhancement will fix that, even though It's something really minor but it's bothering me a lot.
whats a good mod for shadow of chernobyl that adds a fair amount of new shit but is more focused on actual fun rather than bullshit 'torches do fuck all at night time, one hit kill everyone is a marksman bandages are made out of toilet paper and you are a fat fuck who needs food every 5 seconds or youll die' like that

fortunately the CS suits have reasonably proportioned boots, so it shouldn't be too hard to copy them across

Every time somebody links this now I see the thumbnail logo and with the position the page opens i keep thinking I accidentally launched it.

oh holy shit that's COOL
Do emissions on CoP turn people into zombies or do zombies sometimes wander around random places, as I was in the waste processing plant in the starting area, an emission happened, I started walking across the metal walkway as I saw like 3 or 4 zombies walking past the concrete walls and then further down near the scar anomaly were some zombies fighting some stalkers

Numpad 5 tells them to move exactly where you are pointing, complete with a little transparent sprite glow marker
If they are in front of you they block it though.
EDIT:
stealth squads actually work too if you tell them to be quiet

so I discovered AI pathfinding basically doesn't exist in sid's bunker when one of my companions just phased down through the floor to be behind me
And then when I tried to get him out of the way he just phased back up through sid's ceiling
either that or that sausage was [I]way[/I] out of date

one helluva sausage, btw bloodshot how are you switching through the modes for your companions?
If you just talk to them you can go into [Issue a Command] and tell them to get down

I believe it's numpad 1 to switch between passive/assist/agressive
or 3, one of those

You can command them with keypresses. Editable in axr_options.ini.

One of the AtmosFear 3 options is that Blowouts will zombify people, but even in the Vanilla game zombies will start spawning after you do the Sawmill in CoP.

I disabled the axr_radio_in_heli scheme in modules.script
Hey, sorry if there's an obvious solution to this I should already know, but in COC does anybody know what to do about all scopes I've seen (atleast on integrated scoped NATO weapons) being all weird and stretched out?
[editline]9th August 2015[/editline]
I'm sad all these nice guns I'm finding in decent condition with lots of ammo are almost unusable due to this.
try deleting the scope textures, or replace them with ones from another mod that are using the proper aspect ratio and DX mode

THANK YOU!

I assume you're using the OWR addon, right?
If you're using DX10/11, try copying over the scope fix from the addons folder..
I really want to play CoC, but I dont want to download the leak. Life is rough.
Kinda wish CoC had a random encounter system like TFW mod for Clear Sky. Would spice things up a bit, I bet.

The problem turned out to be I was using static lighting. Adding the fix and switching to enhanced dynamic lighting fixed it.
Been listening to MoozE because of STALKER OST and YT has been cycling through random songs from him and so far I've liked all of them. Even brought me into a NiN remix by MoozE, which is ironic cuz i also love NiN

oh uh
in the faction war mod for Clear Sky, when you would transition between levels it'd take time and you had a random chance of bumping into mutants or whatever along the way, using up a bit of ammo and maybe damaging your equipment and the like. it's not like Fallout encounters, it's just a bit of an extra something to make running around slightly less boring :v:
[editline]9th August 2015[/editline]
