Wow so you practically just teleport to them and smash their faces? That's awesome!
Thanks for the vids ^^
Yeah. Would be really cool if there was some kind of ninja/sci-fi teleport/blink effect first but eh, it's not important
Does anyone know if it's possible to combine two speakable names?
thought everyone did? I did.. It doesn't really work. He simply says Mr/Ms. Lastname.
And it's just Codsworth who speaks your name, and only in certain quest dialogs, or..?
How do I get past the big metal mechanical door thing in the castle? Is it part of a later quest? y/n

He only said my name once and it was my last name. IDK maybe he says it more when picked as a companion?

No he doesn't I have him as companion/follower, not as romancee though (don't know if possible) only in quite beginning of game, but I love all the shit he's saying all the same.

Oh well that's a shame... :(

I'm not sure, but you can cheat past it if you want with these commands.
Click on the door and type these into the console, depending on the status of the door:
unlock Unlocks any terminal, door, or lock
activate Say a door that is normally operated by a switch
or you could just tcl (noclip) through it :D

Started a new melee centric playthrough. He's gonna be a wasteland samurai akin to six-string samurai later, but right now while levelling up and reaching the point where the swords are affordable, he's Grognak!
I once did a melee-only, no armour playthrough of Fallout 3 and ended up dominating the wasteland equipped with a pimp suit and a shishkebab. I liked it a lot better than my previous two runs and I recommend trying that build to anyone who likes fun.

I never thought I'd enjoy doing this until I saw the videos. Now I HAVE to try this out! Haha

If that is in the middle of the ocean, I think it's intentional, cause why would there be a teddybear in the ocean unless it was for funnies
In what types of buildings do you guys usually find fusion cores? So far I only managed to find four across several buildings such as the Super Duper Mart, and one of the reserves.
I somehow have came across 14 so far just roaming the upper left corner of the map. Didn't even realize it either until I looked at my core counter.
Just roam around and you should find em
Where do you buy shipments of wood?

The baseball guy at Diamond City
What does it mean for a faction to control a settlement? Bought some crops (oddly, my own crops I harvested and planted myself from a random fuck settler in my town) which resulted in it saying the Brotherhood now control my settlement.
What exactly happens? Will people who don't like the BoS be effected by their arrival?
So far I've loved the faces in FO4. All believable and never uncanny (unless you do it on purpose). It's great, they really overhauled that whole system. The lipsync is another issue... but I've stopped noticing it.
Got to diamond city after 10 hours of playing more of less (which I enjoyed a lot), and I really like how the city looks and how the people interact with eachother. Also Codsworth best companion, he comments on so much stuff and talks with random people.

Apparently what I'm wearing is not power armor.

It was actually surprisingly efficient because I could forget about 4 weapon skills/numerous perks and pour my points into other useful stuff. Overall I could deal insane damage and was a bit better at everything.

All the companions talk to people and random people will comment on your companion.
I've also only used the power armor like three times. I don't know, I just don't like using power armor. Not because it makes the game too easy but my character is supposed to kind of be an SOF/sniper type person so tanking through everything in power armor doesn't really fit.
Spoilers regarding the quest where earl goes missing in diamond.
[sp]Is there no other plastic surgeons besides Crocker? I've tried using tfc 1 and showlookmenu but it's buggy as hell and impossible to get good lighting.[/sp]
when the mc does any yelling, thats when the lipsync just completely shits the bed
its like hes trying to get a combination of chewing gum, peanut butter, and stringy meat out of his teeth/mouth all at the same time
The only place I've really noticed "oh my god this lip sync is absolutely awful" was in the beginning with [del]Todd Howard[/del] the Vault-Tec rep - which is odd as I'd have expected them to manually set up his lip sync since he's one of the first people you talk to. After that it either improved or I just started blocking it out.
Bethesda really are a joke.
I encountered a game breaking bug at the beginning of the game where i cant even open the vault door, so i had to get a friend send me his save file with the vault door open.
Turns out, i cant open any fucking vault doors, and i cant just noclip in and mess around as that breaks VATS, so the saving the synth from vault 114 mission is impossible.
Seriously, for every great thing this game does it does about 20 other things that piss me off.
Yes, because they can QA every single unique hardware configuration. Your issue can be any number of things, it could easily be a client side issue. Did you verify integrity of your game cache?

Enclave used that armor in the first 2 games against you
