Ive walked everywhere on the 2nd floor and still have no idea expect for that elevator behind the building, i dont know how to power it either.
Why does the UI randomly ignore my highlighted selected item? Like it will have the arrow over it, icon and everything, even the glow... and somehow it will craft the wrong fucking mod or pick up the wrong item????

It's a well optimized game, i'm running it on a computer worth around 300 just fine on lowest settings (not including resolution and aa). It's a situational thing, and some computers have issues, some don't.

Before you leave the Area during the BoS quest you can get in there.

I'm running a i5-4570 and GTX 650 TI on Ultra no problem @ 1080p, they kinda overshooted the minimum/recommended.
Goddamnit if you pick a quest from a settler it can expire. Now there's no way I can get there in time unless I reload quite old save :hammered:

I'm on the same set up and I can pretty much play anything in full ultra in at least 1440p except witcher 3.

I'm level 13 and I finally found a second suit of power armor (been avoiding them till I leveled up) but it was still t45 armor. What level should I be for the different sets?

I have an I5-4570 and a GTX 770 2gb, playing on mostly ultra with two settings at medium and FXAA(low),and it only stutters when I'm alt tabbing alot/ have a video in the background
and the only time I get frame drops is when I enter the downtown area, that place is really cramped

I've got 3 levels in commando/rifleman or whatever the auto rifles/semi rifles is, at level 27. It's easy enough to collect weapons of different calibres and swap them out when you're running low on the pertinent ammo.

Before this fight I took on two deathclaws with my super sledge and won
You can command your followers to pick locks or hack terminals if they have the skill.
Valentine can do expert in both. Got through all the locks and terminals like that
Also another bug; Had a mission to defend Sunshine Tidings Co-op against Synths, killed them all but it won't complete the quest. The NPCs all say "Thanks for killing them all bla bla", but if I leave, they die.
