Practically every bus stop in my city has a Fallout 4 ad on it too, I haven't seen a game advertised so heavily since GTAV. I think it worked in their favour because they just teased the best of it, action-packed with super mutants and power armour and an open world. The mass market didn't see stuff that would turn them away like long walks and exploration; returning players would forget about the stuff they didn't like in FO3, eg. poor writing and Dogmeat on fire.

Well true.. Perhaps you were genuinely wondering. But you still got a 980, which should be more than enough.
Also if you were wondering about hiccups, try disabling God rays. It'll increase performance significantly, and the game looks pretty without 'em if everything else is on max.
Okay how does one make concrete walls? The only concrete building thing I've seen is the foundation thing and that shit is immensely THICK. I couldn't make that into walls even if I tried.

Military fatuiges can also be worn under any armor, and give energy resist and 2 agility.
