IS THERE A MOD THAT:
Makes it to where- if you have Local Leader (2) and your Settlements are linked and clearly sharing resources- that you can then actually see the resources in that shared settlement workshop?
Or like- when I store and item in one settlement, I can place that in any linked settlement?
Kinda disappointed with how non-complete settlement linking is.

What do the gun mods in my inventory do?

Only mods we can have for a few months are texture mods pretty much

Unsure whether stored building blocks will be shared between Settlements.
But it should be (very) easy to test that. Just build a red wooden door at Sanctuary, store it, go to other Settlements, check if there is one red wooden door available to build. (It shows.)
What do the gun mods in my inventory do?
You can apply that mod to that gun at a gun workbench for free
What do the gun mods in my inventory do?
nothing except add weight. store them in your workshop.
So I'm getting a weird bug where I can't place certain objects. I was happily building away when I noticed a fence started deciding to not appear or place. Stored another piece of fence, opened it back up, placed said fence and it stayed green until I left the workshop view.

(Just to clarify, this railing has been placed, it made the sound, and it wouldn't move out of that spot, but it stayed green. It appeared as normal when I quit the workshop)
Now I can hardly place any objects, even if it says I have all the materials.. What's going on?

You may be able to put them on guns.

You're trying to place a ceiling-placed power conduit to a wall?
And on the upper pic, not sure what's going on.
Try fast traveling & back? Or loading. Should always keep saves, but can't always keep saves..
Is there a way to pick up ragdolls? (With controller)
Oh... the perk makes things during the loading screen glow too because effort.

Okay yeah that looks like a dumb move, but the wall one wouldn't work either, I couldn't place power poles anywhere, even though I had the materials. The only things I seemed to be able to place were sleeping mats and some furniture. I restarted my game, I fast travelled about, I guess my only option now is to go back to a previous save. Unless anyone has a fix?

Who the fuck uploads bitmaps these days
I heard [sp]That theres a submarine somewhere, does anyone know where it is?.[/sp]
I could have the button wrong, but did you guys know that if you press R during loading screens (could be any of the other buttons used by the game actually, it's just the same button as Reload on PS4), you get to see a different render of the item on the loading screen? It's nothing amazing, it's just a neat little thing

You can see them from across the room. I didn't do anything, I've had items marked the whole time and only now has this started to happen.
[editline]13th November 2015[/editline]
Oh it's part of a perk I've had for a while that... only activated like two hours after I got it?
I'm confused as to what you mean.
What do you mean you can see them from across the room?

I discovered this yesterday as well, it's X on an xbox controller.

Notice the white overlay on the canister compared to the other one? It's cause it has an aluminum object in it and he's put aluminum on search

Somewhere in the water...
There's a perk for infinite breathing and no rad damage from water. So there's obviously good shit in water. Speaking of which, I did find power armor underwater next to a crashed dropship thing. It was worth the rads.
Military fatuiges can also be worn under any armor, and give energy resist and 2 agility.
Same with the Road Leathers, which I'm using now.

So, I'm doing additional Cleansing the Commonwealth and Quartermastery quests for the Brotherhood squad in Cambridge. Do these missions end, eventually? Am I actually working towards something, or have I done all I can with Danse and co. that advances a plotline, and these are just repeatable missions for caps and EXP?

The last one of those
So you're limited to using the Power Armor to how many cores you can find and those are limited too?
Also do your armor defenses stack with the Power Armor's?

I love that area. And what you get from it. [sp] fallout 3 weapon homage time, also explosives bobblehead I believe? [/sp]
I liked the computer entry about killing the guy named Yancey who wouldn't change his name.
"Fed to forge"
Anyone here who is NOT annoyed by the fact that you can't equip Power Armor pieces separately?
Or find it odd how people somehow avoid using it? Or don't like it in any way, or don't dare to use Fusion Cores? Because damn, it's fucking glorious unless too many of 'em come by.
Only thing I find annoying is how you can't wear Welding Goggles with Power Armor (without headpiece), yet you can wear Sun Glasses. :v:

Yes they are repeatable quests but you can start getting them before you've completed the faction's storyline.

1 Yes and 2 no (i think). Don't worry about the fusion cores though, you'll be finding them much faster than you use them so long as you're not in power armour 24/7

Infinite Quests
It's basically the fallout version of Skyrim's infinite Guild missions and Bounties

The Outpost looks well guarded during the night -- I wish the construction area wasn't so abysmally tiny. Still, it's pretty homey.
All the spotlights in the world.
