Someone pls tell me, why is one of my (new) settlers PERMANENTLY standing on a guard post..? Could he be a Synth infiltrator? I've no idea, I doubt that.. they still eat&sleep right?

I have a problem, I entered the biolab in [sp]the Institute[/sp] to grab the [sp]FEV serum[/sp] and now when I try to go back to the main area my game CTDs. Any clues? What do I do?

I'm totally fine with the dialog system being streamlined to four simple options, I really am. But why does the dialog wheel have to be so abominably clunky to use ? The thing disappears if you look at it wrong. People randomly walk out of conversations. If two conversations strike up at the same time, the game can freeze and get hung up on neither of them, forcing a quick load to avoid getting stuck forever. Talking to companions is absurdly hard because you keep commanding them instead of just talking to them. Why in the name of fuck did they go for this horrible full real time thing where the menu just randomly pops in and out ? It's impossible to use on a practical basis because people move way too much (not to mention that you can still move during them as well so it's easy as hell to walk out of an important conversation and cause it to fuck up entirely). And worst part is, skipping dialog is a nightmare. Every time you skip a line, there's a chance that you may just get stuck on someone awkwardly staring at you for five seconds (happens a lot with Preston), wasting more time than if you had listened to the conversation. [editline]a[/editline] And let's not forget the horrible keybinding issues. I did the mistake of reassigning the use key to F, and put power bashing/grenades (why does this have to be the same key, jfc) on E. As a result, I have to use E for a lot of activation related purposes still (crafting, looting) and F works only for picking up clutter in the world and closing [I]some[/I] message boxes but not all of them. So when someone chases me and I turn around to power bash them or hit them with my gun, I instead loot random shit from that one tiny bit of cranium from some other raider I killed that was sitting there, because looting and attacking is now on the same key. Also, the favorite menu not freezing or even slowing the game down even though it completely locks your character down. This game's entire keyboard layout was such a gigantic afterthought it's actually disgusting.

Any mods to allow a lot more settlers? Having a max of 20 is really disappointing.

Your part of the minority of people experiencing issues. There's always going to be a minority of PC gamers having issues, it's impossible to test every system configuration possible. Overall the game is damn stable for majority, hell this game is less buggy than any other BGS game. I've played the game on my shitty surface table, my decent work laptop, and my old i5 3570k 3.8GHZ 16GB DDR3 and a 660 TI and they all ran buttery smooth. And it worked buttery smooth on my current build until I broke a socket on my MOBO. Quit whining that your computer is crap and blaming it on factors out of everyone's control.

They revealed the game, showed off all major highlights of the game, and dropped a bomb on us when they said it's coming out in the fall in a single press conference. Best marketing campaign in years.
I'm glad that mods are coming out so soon after release.[del][URL="http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/281/?"]This mod[/URL] fixes the pipboy light ruining interiors by making it cast shadows[/del], and [URL="http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/206/"]this mod[/URL] makes bullets sound like bullets, which is something I'm surprised Bethesda didn't do since they really improved all the other sound design. Edit: The pipboy shadowlight is really buggy, lots of shadowing artifacts, especially in third-person.
Ok, something that doesn't bode well. Where is the Plugin Manager in the FO4 launcher?
