Best idea is to get the Local Leader perk and make a supplyroute to one location, do this for all towns that you control.
I have supply routes running, but it's still not helping
Anyone else had this happen to them? [thumb]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/582449529832843784/AFD6B317A5199563B5F93BE01F544289B4E47CB4/[/thumb] I almost shot the guy thinking he was trying to steal my power armor
FO4 is still DLing, but am I the only one who feels like they've trivialized power armor too much? Like I keep seeing these screenies of people with like 6 fucking sets just sitting around like a fruit bowl on a kitchen counter. Like I get that its balanced and whatnot, but I feel like the prestige is gone.
I read an article about that today. Yes, the power armors are easier to attain over the other Fallouts, but let's face it, you've gotten power armor several times before and when you do it's practically the only thing you use, so instead they changed it around into something you can get relatively easily but you won't use it unless you really have to, not only because it costs a bit to maintain, but it also runs on fuel, YET you'll want to modify it, tinker with it and upgrade it for whenever you actually DO decide to bring it along for that one dangerous mission. It's just great honestly, I feel nothing is lost by doing this.
I'm not ashamed to admit I removed Mama Murphy's essential tag, put a pair of railgun rounds in her skull, then threw her body in the ravine behind Sanctuary and used her chair as kindling.
How did you remove her essential tag?

Has anyone found any colonial armour or a actual musket yet? I was all the time secretly hoping that we could take an actual musket / the clothes of those mannequins and build a redcoat settlement.
How did you remove her essential tag?
Get her reference ID, then do setessential <id> 0. Don't let anyone be near her when you put her down, followers will be very unhappy. [editline]14th November 2015[/editline]
I read an article about that today. Every single weapon I carry with me feels special in some way because I've put in the effort to track down all the parts to upgrade it and make it mine. I never scrap a personal weapon when I finally move on to a new one, it just gets retired.
i wanna remove preston all he does is bitch about the things i did
when a character has a depressing story that isn't told subtly it annoys me more than any other character, even characters like [t]http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/walkingdead/images/e/e7/AND_Larry_Fisticuffs.png/revision/latest?cb=20131217003333[/t] who are just constant assholes for no reason and put everyone else down. I like Preston he seems p. ok but it feels more like he's the leader rather than myself. I don't feel like I'm the one making orders. Am I leading an army or??
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16349584/fallout%204/377160_2015-11-13_00014.png[/t] Fucking scribe get out of the way. I'm trying to have a conversation [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16349584/fallout%204/377160_2015-11-13_00015.png[/t] I too have joined the "brahmin on my roof" club :v: I'm having tons of fun but I really need to find a place I like and go ham with making a home. Any suggestions of neat places?

Woah, I'm shocked at the steam reviews I'm a huge fallout fan and I've played all of them, and I'm genuinely 100% content with the game. I feel like I got what I paid for, for sure. Most of the removed shit I'm fine with, only questionable thing is voiced protag but overall I'm fine with it, I just wish the execution was better. It also makes alternate start mods fucking weird in fallout 3 i'd pick shit like chinese communist and roleplay as some crazy chinese dude now i'll walk up to someone and he'll be like "hey" and i'll respond with a nice "Not right now, thanks!"
Does anyone know how to remove this. This particle won't go away. [t]http://i.imgur.com/dh3EZYm.jpg[/t]
I don't know about you guys, but I was actually really surprised by the writing in Fallout 4. It's not perfect or even New Vegas-tier, generally, but considering how everyone loves to slag Bethesda off, I was pleasantly surprised. Mostly so by the choice in which faction you side with. Each of the major ones have some very legitimate grievances, it's not a moral dichotomy like in Fallout 3. It seems that more choose which faction to side with based on what you believe rather than what is the obvious good/bad guy option. That and I'm surprised how well done the companions are this time around, especially when compared to Skyrim (which had something like 75 companions but I can remember about 5 of them). I've had Curie along most of the time, and the amount of unique lines she has, as well as an actual personality, is also a lot more like how it is in New Vegas. It seems that Bethesda knew New Vegas was good and is taking some of those things on board.

Sure some mods could fix some things like dialogue but overall like 40 hours in I don't feel like "God damn it, I NEED MODS" like I do for oblivion, Fo3 or skyrim. Characters are a bit more believable and memorable. I really like Nick Valentine, he's genuinely interesting and has really great voice acting.

mods for mass scrapping and not losing other materials when using items for crafting would be :ok:
the first mod I wanna make is a power armor mod like a full on set of armor then I want to make a new lands type mod where the Sole Survivor visits another part of Post apocalyptic America Say North West Commonwealth? because the place I live totally could pass as a Fallout Location. [editline]14th November 2015[/editline]
mods for mass scrapping and not losing other materials when using items for crafting would be :ok:
but all the items you scrap for materials get transferred to the workshop inventory. You don't lose any materials...
but all the items you scrap for materials get transferred to the workshop inventory. You don't lose any materials...
not when you craft something and have the item in your inventory, it just takes that one resource needed and destroys the item even if it has other resources in it
It's nice that NPCs actually acknowledge your follower a lot more than in previous games For example, [sp]When I was entering Vault 81, the security guy asked the overseer about Dogmeat. Nothing huge but still nice that they actually bothered to add stuff like that in[/sp]
Someone recognized Preston while we were chillin and basically stopped him for an autograph. He gave him something, too, but I have no idea what it was or if it even was anything. Very nice to see them as more than decoration/packmules. [editline]14th November 2015[/editline]
Melee attacks continue at normal speed while in VATS
ZA WARUDO
So with new rads system, is there any reason to pick up prewar food? Seeing as it just lowers your maximum HP. On the previous games I just used to eat everything until my Rads got close to sickness then take a radaway
I guess SonicEther got tired of modding minecraft http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/461/?
not when you craft something and have the item in your inventory, it just takes that one resource needed and destroys the item even if it has other resources in it
I think it's been confirmed that you don't lose the extra resources, they just don't show up immediently
Decided to make the house you can buy in Diamond City actually look lived in, bugs me how the creator doesn't have junk items you can place around so most of these I had to spawn in. [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/580197730019426794/2FF109DF889FEC043886565CA69A86072915E68B/[/t][t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/580197730019427394/BA0D050F74907D526D6AFB3BF3A8C70CDD08A572/[/t][t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/580197730019393299/448E4AFA7A821D98E58243ED745F1AE4D220824C/[/t][t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/580197730019393967/1B30A7E54418D413BD3F02968B5232B3CB3AD2E6/[/t] The creator is really limiting at times.
I think it's been confirmed that you don't lose the extra resources, they just don't show up immediently
then where do they show up? :v: i've been scrapping stuff individually for about an hour to get most out of it
Why the heck are stats tied to paint jobs on armor I wanna be able to wear my BoS chestplate without having to sink 20% of my stats
God damn this dog, blocked me from running away from a grenade resulting me getting killed fuck you dog
So uh, if you steal the fusion cell from a raider power armor and he gets out, its considered not yours and therefore anything it contains is not yours, permanently. I took a raider suit back to the castle that i'd nicked like this and I basically cant change anything on it because if I do everyone has a cry. Even if I put new parts onto it those instantly become owned by the raiders and turn red :v:
