How can I sent everyone back to one settlement? Seems I'm stuck on a limit of around 17-20 and I'd rather have all my companions go back to that town.
Does anyone know how to find out the quest ID for a quest that won't trigger/start?
Which faction should I side with to get the best items?

you can join both but at some point you'll have to choose between the two

I don't think you'll be able to complete their main quest, but nah you can join them if you want.

The settlements are limited to 10 people + your charisma stat, so you can have a max of 20 people. Apparently you can use a console command to give yourself over 10 charisma if you really want more people than the 20 limit.
So I just took down a raider camp [sp]that was racing robots. I found a terminal and there was an option to self destruct the robots. Needless to say many explosions were to be had.[/sp]
I just recently got an assault rifle and semi auto it wrecks. Ammo is still pretty rare for it though :\

And Railroad unlocks the ability to armor any piece of clothing. So you can be wearing a tuxedo with 110 ballistic and energy damage resistance along with a fedora that also has 110 ballistic and energy protection. Or if you armor up a piece of clothing that you can wear other armor on, you can probably end up with as much protection that almost rivals power armor.

I seriously need a way to improve framerate. In closed maps like Vaults and etc. I always seem to be fighting in rooms with intense effects and lighting layered multiple times that nukes my FPS from 40 to 20 and even 15 at times. I'm starting to slowly stop enjoying the game when my FPS just refuses to cooperate with me and I have these fights at 20 FPS which are just terrible, and that's how more than half of my fights went so far in the game. I use melee most of the time in Power Armour while Im inside these maps but it just kills all the fun. There HAS to be a fix for this somewhere, surely? New Vegas runs flawlessly on high settings(probably a bad comparison but still) and so did Skyrim(iirc). :(

Is that gun actually good this time around? It was pretty underwhelming in 3.
I've been having a blast with this game, even if I've been playing it at a horribly slow pace. Also, it runs surprisingly well on my 660 and on mostly Ultra settings, though I had to bump down the resolution a notch. Here's my character, can you guess whom I based it on? Tip: it's from a TV series.

Actually that wiki is just wrong, you have to do the next quest for the institute until you get to the [sp]board of director's meeting where you're acting as the director. Then you'll get a message from the guy.[/sp]
