This character was squishy as hell early on. No armour and survival difficulty. And generally low Endurance, but the Railroad saved my ass. Very minor unlock spoilers.[sp]If you do a few tedious sidequests for the Railroad, you unlock ballistic lining for any outfit items. With armorer level 3, you can have 90 ballistic and energy resistance on any outfit item. It's pretty neat.[/sp]

nope. you can craft a laser musket that holds 6 charges, but you can't craft an automatic one.
also the one i found is unmoddable. it doesn't even show up in the crafting menu.

I had that same issue. You cant craft it, but you can find the mod which cant be attached.
Holy shit, I got attacked by a Mr. Gutsy and he had me pinned down behind a wall for a while then all of a sudden a Brotherhood Vertibird showed up and dropped off a squad of dudes who all started attacking Mr. Gutsy. Then Mr. Gutsy somehow managed to shoot the fucking Vertibird down then it crashed into him and killed him. This game is great!

I love playing without crosshairs enabled, damn. Since HUDless isn't that doable without mods (can't see what items in the world are named etc.) No crosshairs at least does make it a little bit more immersive. That and Dynamic Camera turned off makes the commonwealth experience really neat
I had to toggle off the hud for a neat screenshot. does that fuck me out of achievements?

I think it's just one of the ambient tracks, I'm FAIRLY certain I've heard it a few times, though it doesn't loop and is fairly short, but that one sound in the theme really stands out so it's easy to notice, but its like they only included that echo once or twice iirc
