Don't mind me, just poorly streaming Fallout 4 to my phone so I can play in bed.
What app?
You can see a whopping 5% of the screen what's the point?
Because I can.
What app?
Kainy. [editline]15th November 2015[/editline] If I could change opacity on this it wouldn't be so bad.

Seriously does anyone know how to fix that terminal glitch? Everytime I use a terminal to either hack or read something I always get stuck when exiting the terminal. The only way I'm able to get past it is by pure luck. I'm not exactly sure how I do it, but I have to keep reloading the save and hope that it randomly lets me escape! I've tried the iPresentInterval=0 trick as well as the suggested Borderless Windowed Mode. I also have Vsync forced through the Nvidia Control Panel. The only thing I have yet to try is locking my framerate at 60...I really don't want to do that but I suppose I have no choice :( I since then RE-ENABLED iPresentInterval=1 and I still have the problem. EDIT: Well turning off vsync fixed the problem. Thanks guys.
God, I love grognak's axe. Stunlock everything.

Please halp
if you go above 72fps, terminals break. disabling presetinterval removes the frame cap, so unless you want to be hella fucked, you gotta turn it back to 1
flight helmet makes every outfit 10x cooler looking. i love seeing raiders with the helmet on since they just stand out so much
God, I love grognak's axe. Stunlock everything.
feral ghouls still manage to warp-speed shuffle right up into my face and slap my testicles off every time even with the axe. I fucking hate these feral ghouls
Oh wow, people actually react differently to you if you wear power armor? Fuck this game has a ton of attention to detail
It seems fairly inconsistent, sometimes people change their dialogue if you're wearing power armor, and other times they talk about power armor as if you're not wearing it.
Well I only removed it to test it as someone suggested that. I since then reverted back to iPresentInterval=1 and it still does it. I'm assuming it's because I have a 144hz monitor and I forced Vsync. I'll try it without it, thanks.
My Diamond City Radio DJ is now a confident fellow who gets the ladies and doesn't interrupt himself or stutter every minute.
I got so sick of hearing him I killed him. After that I learned there was a quest to make him sound better. To late now! At least there is now a kid telling us to buy clean water from him.

Please halp
you have to cap your framerate, not uncap it. use dxtory or nvidia inspector to cap framerate to 60.
If you ever come across a Wounding Shotgun, preferably combat but even double barrel, never let it go. It adds 25 points of bleed damage, but that damage is applied per pellet on shotguns meaning every shot is dealing potentially hundreds of bleed damage. It rips apart literally everything, from Behemoths to Legendary Deathclaws, nothing can withstand the amount of bleed damage it puts out.
Just finished the game with the [sp]Railroad[/sp] I thought it was fucking great. Pushed hard to get the main quest done today (I've got about 50-55 hours played actual gametime I think) so now it's on to the many many side quests. That or start a fresh character and slowly progress through the main quest with a different playstyle and side with a different 'faction'. Not decided. 10/10 game tho
It seems fairly inconsistent, sometimes people change their dialogue if you're wearing power armor, and other times they talk about power armor as if you're not wearing it.
Well, I've played a ton without power armor, and now suddenly everyone says something about how I'm wearing one when I try to talk to them, so I dunno. The PS4 version seems a bit less bugged than the PC version, based on what you guys tend to post (but it's not perfect there either)
So, after doing some building in... Tenpine Bluff I think it's called, I suddenly found myself unable to move. I could jump and turn around, but nothing else. Exiting power armour did nothing, loading another save did nothing, re-checking my key binds did nothing, putting in a console command to enable player controls did nothing... so I exited the game. I hope my save's not fucked.
God The Silver Shroud quest is amazing just because of the voice acting :v:
Oh wow, people actually react differently to you if you wear power armor? Fuck this game has a ton of attention to detail
People react to a lot of things. If you're carrying a lot of weapons for instance, characters will comment that you must be overcompensating, or you love guns even more than them, that kind of thing. [editline]14th November 2015[/editline]
God The Silver Shroud quest is amazing just because of the voice acting :v:
The character genuinely sounds like they are having a lot of fun during that mission.

How do I get the leather armor to cover the thigh? I keep seeing people with that
You need to find Sturdy Leather Armour
Any chance Obsidian makes the next one?
God The Silver Shroud quest is amazing just because of the voice acting :v:
honestly that hospital showdown was probably the most badass I've ever felt in a fallout game
i found m203 ammo in the files. since there's no gun in the game that uses m203 ammo, i assume it's either cut content or future dlc.
Any chance Obsidian makes the next one?
I sure as fuck hope so, since maybe we'll get, you know, a game with a proper role-playing experience instead of what we have right now, which is basically "Yes/No/Edgy Remark/Nice Person"
honestly that hospital showdown was probably the most badass I've ever felt in a fallout game
Not even wearing power armor, yet everyone flees cause they think you're some kind of legendary bad guy killer. Fucking crazy, you can even tell the leader is scared through his voicework
i found m203 ammo in the files. since there's no gun in the game that uses m203 ammo, i assume it's either cut content or future dlc.
Yeah, I brought it up earlier. There is also a test grenade launcher weapon, neither the ammo nor the weapon actually exist though, can't be given to the player.
I don't really understand what the deal is with my companions' sixth sense. I was on a quest and popped some buffout, then got a notice that one of my companions was mad, yet he is hundreds of miles away? Also I really wish that they didn't go with this dialogue system. I find myself saving and reloading often during conversations, because quite a lot of the time rewards or better dialogue is hidden behind unobvious speech choices.
Yknow the notion of there only being five senses is archaic because of like, how do you know you're tired? Or hungry? That's a sense, too.' also http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/606/? Fallout 4 with 512x landscape and architecture textures. I fuckin hate satellite internet.
