There's more. If anyone of you noticed a diner near the outside of Concord, you can find a drug dealer and the diner owner/trader having a dispute about payment. If you went up in the Vault Suit, the drug dealer will say something like "Hold it there vault dweller, it's none of your business." If you went up in something else, he'll call you by something else.

Nevermind, just found the power conduit.
I was building a settlement at the drive in thereat place. Got a good few hours of work into it. Saved and closed the game. Reopened the game a while later and now I can't build on this settlement anymore.
Holding down the key does shit all and when I go to the workbench it just has an option to store/retrieve items and nothing else.
What do I do? I just lost 3 hours of work!

Where's a merchant with good caps/prices? I'm trying to offload a 1500$ minigun but everybody will only give me 900$, and only have 300-400$ to spend in the first place. Then if I try to buy it back, it's 2500$. What gives?

Since Beth's Fallout are set on the East Coast while Black Isle/Obsidian's Fallout are set on the West Coast, I wouldn't be surprised for Beth to make another game on the east coast.

I'd recommend selling it to the weapon merchant in Diamond City, or any sizeable weapon merchant I guess. Just buy a bunch of ammo in the same transaction; gamma rounds, cryo cells, and plasma cartridges are all pretty expensive for ammo. The last time I cleared out just the ~250 cryo cells from Diamond city it cost me 2000+ caps, with 10 charisma and level 2 from the Cap Collector perk.
Can the minutemen be joined for the "main quest"?

It was set for developments and prototypes of it were sent out the day the bombs fell, so their use was short-lived.
But yes, it's a slight retcon, but it's not too unbelievable. I'm more bothered by the fact that we have a Vault numbered 114, though they explain that off by saying it wasn't finished before the bombs fell so I'm cool with it

Here is my question: When you modify a bat with a new material, it returns the old one like "Oak Baseball Bat Mod". But, wouldn't that just mean I just have an Oak Baseball Bat?
So if I just do Tinker Tom's sidequests, I can get the armor upgrade stuff and still side with the BoS afterwards, right?

My guess is the person who made this is a girl who doesn't play a lot of games and got recommended it from her boyfriend and she has this weird phobia due to being forced taking drugs as a child, that caused vivid hallucinations of cockroaches crawling under her skin, and now that she is clean she gets awful memories due to the traumas of her childhood and when she saw the cockroaches in the game she still wanted to play it because she wants to be able to talk to her boyfriend about this new game that's taking up all her time but in being unable to play the game due to the radroaches she decided to mod them out so she can keep playing.

He's also one of the few characters I feel like is a genuine friend to your character without being a companion. Like upgrading your armor for free and crap, no one else does that. He even has a radio station that he uses purely to contact you later on, it's adorable <3
When does tinker tom give you the ability to upgrade armor? I want to hurry up and get what I need from these people so I can kill them all and be done with it. Really stupid they locked this behind faction loyalty.
