lol so i cant continue my main questline because early spoilers: [sp] vault 114 door bugged and wont open, cant press the button [/sp] what do i do? is there a workaround
you might try things like "showracemenu" or "showplasticsurgeonmenu" in the console (if there even is one) might be like skyrim tho and I forgot how that worked
nope, haven't been able to get it to work. sexchange command doesn't work as expected neither. ffs, worked so hard trying to get him exactly how I wanted him. guess I have to redo it.
I thought this thread was gonna be dead, but christ in a handbasket it's going mental. Loving the game so far, but can't decide on a style for my character at all. So much good looking armours, though what I usually pick can't be upgraded as far as I can tell. Ran into many hairy situations. Ghouls and Super Mutants tending to be the worst things I've encountered thus far. Dreading anything worse. Haven't done much by way of modding stuff. Only significant bugs tend to be companions getting stuck around the first settlement and during one conversation, a dude's head completely disappeared several times. Keeping a steady 60fps at ultra settings too, so that's fantastic. What's this about framerate stutters and ini fixes?
Jesus the new feral ghouls are terrifying.
Jesus the new feral ghouls are terrifying.
they don't screw around; they throw their bodies at you in attempt to hit you
Everything is really hard to kill. At first it was medium but now I'm the shittiest fighter in the wasteland. I think I might be underleveled.
Radscorpions are fucking evil in F4. My god
Are there grenade launchers?
I dont have the game yet, but I'm curious. Are there characters other than codsworth that say your name? Also glad to see Stephen Russell is still doing voice work, his performances in the past have all been great.
So this just happened:wideeye: [t]http://puu.sh/lgUjl.png[/t]
How long does a fusion core power your power armor for?
So this just happened:wideeye: [t]http://puu.sh/lgUjl.png[/t]
Godd has come to reap the sinners
Is anyone experiencing a Windows Mouse Cursor over their default FO4 cursor or crosshair? Incredibly annoying
http://steamcharts.com/app/377160 444k are playing Fallout 4 right now
Woah. So it did beat Skyrim by a lot!
How long does a fusion core power your power armor for?
You can extend the duration a shitload by not sprinting and not using vats; I don't think it continually goes down no matter what. It explains it the best in the HELP option for power armor when you go to the start menu while playing
http://steamcharts.com/app/377160 444k are playing Fallout 4 right now
At first I thought holy shit, then I realized it ain't all that much compared to other games :v: (CSGO)
Can I sell magazines without losing their "bonus"?
Computer crashed while I was playing, I restart, now when I try to play, the launcher runs, then runs itself again. Not getting in to the game itself. Hmm.
I'm not sure comparing it to a CS game is entirely fair.
one of the BoS ships hit my companion accidentally so he's going around firing at them, making them aggro to me [t]http://puu.sh/lgV4G.jpg[/t]
Why is the only base armor that I can improve the 111 jumpsuit? Can you only improved the layered armor for the most part?
one of the BoS ships hit my companion accidentally so he's going around firing at them, making them aggro to me
Classic Bethesda. It reminds me of the Imperial Huntsmen you encounter northwest of Bruma in Oblivion. They'll hunt the same deer and end up fighting each other to the death over who gets the venison.
So after a new, fresh, clean install i can confirm that the only file you need to edit in order to modify you FOV is Fallout4.ini in Documents/My Games/Fallout4. So you just need to add fDefaultWorldFOV=XX fDefault1stPersonFOV=XX Under [Display] in Fallout4.ini and you're good to go. No "edit these bazillion files" shit. If you launch the game for the first time just play a little bit (like go trough the character creation) before editing them.
You are correct it worked using the Fallout4.ini file. Although the weapon is still using the old FOV.
There's a recruitment beacon under power > miscellaneous. Not sure where to find crystals though.
cameras, does anyone know the recipe for wire the game doesnt tell you
At first I thought holy shit, then I realized it ain't all that much compared to other games :v: (CSGO)
No ,it's a lot. Keep in mind CSGO is a game that's been out for years and is multiplayer. For a single player game to have nearly the same numbers as one of the most popular games on steam, not even a week after launch... It's insane. Remember, each person paid like 40-60 for it. That's a lot of money. I'd estimate half the buyers probably aren't playing it right now, due to sleep.
I had to take out (main quest spoilers) [sp]Skinny Malone because when he told me to get out in the count of ten Piper just casually strolled towards the exit and they shot the shit out of her. Bethesda never changes.[/sp]
cameras, does anyone know the recipe for wire the game doesnt tell you
You just attach wire by clicking X (iirc) on the generator and dragging it to pylons. It cost copper to make.
also the recruitment beacon range is quite short, anyone know if you can boost it with a terminal or if the range doesnt affect npc's?
How can I find more ammo (.308) for my bolt action weapons?
