Nah I checked there too, here's a screenshot I grabbed of where it has a high signal if anyone has any ideas [t]http://i.imgur.com/5AwvxIf.jpg[/t] I've checked the entire building, I've checked every NPC in and around the building, I've checked the roof, I even tcl'd and looked under the building, nothing.
have you checked your power armor? i have that problem in my game: my power armor always has a distress signal activated. so if you park it at red rocket or whatever that gas station is and you're at sanctuary you'll be juuuust in range to get the distress signal. and if you have it parked in sanctuary it'll be sending a radio distress signal right next to your head i'm betting it's your power armor
Well, looks like sanctuary ate one of my companions. Farewell Preston.
found this little shack full of gas canisters, with some canister launchers :v: spent 10 minutes just launching these things, think I hit a yao guai with one [t]http://i.imgur.com/xWzxRw2.jpg[/t]
Well, looks like sanctuary ate one of my companions. Farewell Preston.
Or he could be waiting for you at the castle, that's what happened for me :o
Has anyone else found that random encounter NPC that tries to sell you his [sp]dog, as a friend to dogmeat?[/sp] If so, where did you find him? My GF just met him but [sp]failed the randomized speech check[/sp] and she really wanted to buy it, so I'm just wondering if you guys know how to trigger random events in this game? She has 7 luck
Met him during Reunions seconds after finding the assaultron. I passed the dialogue checks but haven't checked if it actually appeared at Sanctuary. I saw it follow the guy afterwards though, so maybe not.
Or he could be waiting for you at the castle, that's what happened for me :o
Oh... right. Totally forgot about that quest.
Sandmaning my way through a raider camp taking out the live ones with the Deliverer makes me feel like a superspy
Wow. This game is difficult.
Getting headshotted by a Legendary Botfly and my body goes flying. Survival mode 10/10
Getting headshotted by a Legendary Botfly and my body goes flying. Survival mode 10/10
Survival mode gets more balanced when you've killed a couple of legendaries and you get better at the game in general. I've killed 35 and honestly right now it doesn't feel like a challenge anymore. Considering gimping my character's stats by picking armor based purely on what looks good or gives good SPECIAL bonuses
I keep dying to the first Deathclaw at the beginning of the game when you get the power armor. On Normal difficulty. Somebody teach me how to not suck, please..
So I wanted to make my character look like Archer. The default guy already looked almost like him. [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/402305544723742746/0F9A2CA9082251D3317A7AC24D2ABD48400203D5/[/t]
Oh shit no I'll go HUDless! Gotta check my pip-boy to find out my health and use the compass for minimap! Since I can use the pip-boy app as a minimap it's actually not gonna be the worst thing ever!.. Except then I can't see what loot my enemies have, fuck, forget it ;n;

And I have not come across any better armor. Still using the vault outfit with just those reinforced metal legs/arms/chest. Nothing so far in my play has come close. I don't want to have to resort to powerarmor. If I could craft my own armor I'd try that but everything I'm seeing is just modding armor.
That feeling when you discover you can scrap while in construct mode
Man Garrus is just all over this game Not complaining v:v:v
You can just use TGM in the console and build with infinite resources
That's not what my file does. When the "Size" meter reaches the end, you're blocked from building any more objects even if you can afford to. My file stops this from happening. TGM doesn't, I tried.

I'm gonna hate myself for saying this but one of the mods I hope get added would be something that makes your game less saturated the less health you have so that HUDless becomes more viable. That, or at least something that allows me to change the HUD opacity of every individual object, cause I WANT to see the loot scree----- Oh right I can just press transfer. Fuck it I'm going hudless
If I have one of my companion's use power armor, does it use up the fusion core inside of it?
Does anyone else not get audio through a USB headset? It works fine through my speakers, but the headset gets nothing from FO4.
I keep dying to the first Deathclaw at the beginning of the game when you get the power armor. On Normal difficulty. Somebody teach me how to not suck, please..
Shoot the gun.
What makes this game difficult in my opinion is the grenades, if you get hit by a molotov or a grenade head on its pretty much game over for you, molotovs are especially annoying.

"ey b0ss" Lookin good there, pal!
What makes this game difficult in my opinion is the grenades, if you get hit by a molotov or a grenade head on its pretty much game over for you, molotovs are especially annoying.
Molotovs are one hit kill. When it hits me at least.
Does anyone else not get audio through a USB headset? It works fine through my speakers, but the headset gets nothing from FO4.
Turns out my headset is having issues in general. Damn.
Molotovs are one hit kill. When it hits me at least.
Let's face it, if someone threw a molotov at you, you'd die
Turns out my headset is having issues in general. Damn.
Which headset, if I may ask. Also, I'm really enjoying how the game feels with a controller. I can actually shoot shit, unlike in fallout 3 where it felt weird as hell to use the controller. I mean, mouse + keyboard is nice and all, but you can't use them in bed. Playing 12+ hours of a game straight makes you really appreciate the bed a lot more. Somebody teach me how to not suck, please..
Just hit your bullets and use stimpaks. If you happen to have some way to reduce damage/increase your damage, use it. You can also blow up the cards to do pretty good damage. I would say you shouldn't have trouble, but I did die twice so I can't talk shit. I'm assuming you got past it by now, but it's nice to know I'm not the only guy who actually died to him. :V
