What the hell do you think? It's 2015.
it's also Bethesda so let's not be a dick about it
I think it would be better if:
Fusion cells weighted like 150 lbs in game but once inserted into power armor = weight is not affecting you.
They run out every hour but can be recharged at home, you can place them on charge and take another one at mean time. Full recharge takes 1.5 hours.
Fusion cells would be rare, could be bought rarely at some merchant for something like 7-10k caps.
That way:
1) You still have to watch out for your power during battle to avoid getting stuck with no power.
2) You can take one spare with you always but sacrifice inventory space.
3) You would consider if you should invest into another fusion cell.
4) If you only have two fusion cells - you will have to wait 30 minutes when you come back with empty charge to get recharged (real time) at mean time you can build settlement or some shit.
Just my idea anyway.
It just works he says.
Buy my game he says.

I'd be pissy if I had to wait half an hour to use my cool robot suit in a $60 video game.

Can someone explain to me all this negativity on steam in user reviews and negative spam in metacritic? I actually find the game pretty good so far.
Can someone please tell me where the university credit union is? I want to get the prototype pa77 laser gun

What is it?
How is everybody coping with the Fusion Cell situation?
I've pretty much been living in my power armor suit the entire game ( I got one from the Brotherhood ).
But I can't find anymore to fuel it up with.
Is it possible to customize/modify helmets or headgear eventually?

Glitchy as balls, especially since the whole game speed and physics is tied around your framerate. The animations suck. I haven't played much of the main story so I can't tell much more than that yet

That's actually weird, I've played 18 hours of the game so far, had virtually 0 glitches, except for the one where weapon models disappear but I had it twice.
hey guys, make sure you defrag your harddrives after decrypting FO4 on steam.
I had 0% fragmentation on my hardrive before i decrypted, then I had 2%, and I have a 1TB harddrive. So that means I had 24 GB fragmented on my HDD, probably was FO4's files.
Love the autowalk button btw, lets me complain on forums while traveling!
But yeah I meant face animations, they're really bad
I get lagspikes to 35-48 at times, when in more eventful/crowded spaces. Otherwise I have 60 stable. I've tried changing my graphics from High to Low, but there's literally no difference.
I have an i5 2500k and GTX 670 2GB, anyone know about this?
holy fuck get a new processor
But it works without much load
holy fuck get a new processor
What?
An i5 2500k is more than enough for most things these days. It just runs a little hot than more recent chips.
I'm running on a 1st gen Core i7 920 (Nehalem!) and 750 Ti and the game handles just fine.
holy fuck get a new processor
The i5-2500k is still perfectly fine these days??
Hell my rig has an i3-4370 and even the dual core doesn't bitch about Fallout, the i5 should be fine.
holy fuck get a new processor
i5 2500K is still fine, just need to overclock it to 3.6 ghz
the issue is that upgrading from an i5 2500K is expensive because they don't make CPUs with the same socket anymore so you'd have to upgrade the entire motherboard as well, which means you'd probably have to reformat.

Contrary to what Intel may lead you to believe, you really don't need to buy a new CPU every generation anymore.
Actual tangible performance increases for most things (including gaming) are small at best between newer chips.

and this is because the amount of cores still remain the same, the lack of multithreading in video games (although that's changing), and the clock speeds staying relatively the same because of physics limitations on the CPUs.
