60 is the default cap, not 30.

Seems to be different for different people, I remember it being brought up when people were first unlocking that some were capped to 30 and others to 60. Game has to be detecting something and picking the cap itself.

You can assign a settler to them and they'll act as a shop that you can buy stuff from, plus will generate caps.

For a lot of users, they get capped at 30ish
I get 37 constantly myself without hardly any fluctuation.
Something I loved was when rescuing [sp]Valentine[/sp] I took Piper along. While I was searching the room he was held in she went over to the computer and started to look through it for a minute and commented about it.

Decided to refund the game and just play it on my brothers PS4
Running on my 560Ti I get anywhere between 20 and 40 FPS with horrendous mouse input lag, changing the video settings from ultra to low literally on gives an extra 4 or 5 frames, so i'm just going to have to wait until I get a new GPU.
Used to be scared of ghouls in Fallout games until now when I realized how fun it is to wear power armor and use baseball bat.

Seems like it goes by refresh rate divided by 2. My 120hz locks me at 60 but my friend with a 144hz gets locked at 72.

My monitor is 60hz and capped at 60 fps.

considering you HAVE to go back into vault 111 to get the cryolator, yes.
