Wannabe? Dude, they're what the Tunnel Snakes wish they were. How fucking cool is a group of old-school rockers entirely dedicated to [sp]Power armor, and the styling and customization thereof[/sp]?
That sounds badass as fuck. Where do i find them.
I give up. Me with my old HD7850 and people with monster $700 video cards are all having this issue and there's no workaround. Textures just refuse to stream in
I've tried everything with settings for my video card, and every ini tweak I could think of to no avail
How do you equip stuff on dog or other settlers?
For example the miserable bastard, one of the first 5 settlers, I saw someone post here giving him a tuxedo, but for me he doesn't accept new clothes.
Same goes for dog, how do you equip stuff on him? Like bandana or w/e, looted some stuff from attack dogs but dogmeat won't equip them.
click on him, and use the setessential 0 command?
pulls up errors all over

Select the item when it's in their inventory, then it'll show a button to equip it.
Curious question but if you have a arms dealer in a settlement will the people get better guns slowly?

They're pretty far out of the way. South of the[sp]old Minutemen fort[/sp] and North of [sp]Quincy[/sp]
gonna ask again since nobody got to me
After doing 'Pull the plug' [sp]does the quarry ever drain?[/sp]
Is there a way to reliably get oil like there is adhesive? It's my most scarce material.
[editline]11th November 2015[/editline]
Never mind, just found it - Cutting Fluid in chemistry that turns into 3 oil.
Is there a way to reliably get oil like there is adhesive? It's my most scarce material.
I use lighters for it.
Okay so does anyone know how to farm materials like aluminum and screws? I keep running out and it's really starting to piss me off. Also how do you collect the income from stores in your settlements?
Also what does creating a route between settlements do? I did it and I see no noticeable difference at all.

Look for aluminum cans and aluminum containers. As for screws, I just dismantle weapons that I find.
Also how do you collect the income from stores in your settlements?
Look for caps inside the workbench I think.

Shares the materials in your workbenches.
Is there an easier way of breaking up weapons/armor/junk for scrap other than dropping them on the ground & entering crafting mode?
Jesus Christ of course there is.
All the junk in your Workshop container will be scrapped automatically when you build.
Use the "Store all Junk" button (T) each time you visit a Workshop container, so you will unload your inventory of any Junk items.
Weapons/Armor you can scrap separately at Armor/Weapon stations. Remember that you need "Scrapper" perk to get more out of scrapping weapons/armors.
Normal clothes you can scrap too by either scrapping manually, or letting them get scrapped in the Workshop container automatically as you build, but normal clothes only give you 1 cloth so doesn't matter.
Also, in the Workshop container, sometimes items like Stimpaks, Radaways etc. will end up there, as you scrap an area of lockboxes and drawers, but since they cannot be scrapped, they will remain in the Workshop container for you to discover.

[del]That'll only scrap one part though, like if it has screws, oil, and crystal and you need crystal, that's all you'd get from it.[/del]
Guess I was wrong
Select the item when it's in their inventory, then it'll show a button to equip it.
You mean like, mouse-over the item in their inventory..?
If so, thanks! Will go check it out.

I thought that was disproven? I'm pretty sure it scraps the item and leaves the remaining materials in the workbench.

Oh really? That seems kind of wasteful then.
What do you suggest..?

I sure hope so.

Today is going perfectly. Download for fallout 4 completely reset from a progress of 10gb to 0 bytes, 0 progress until 20 minutes ago, still hasn't gotten a single percentage downloaded, and earlier I fell out of my bed because my fucking legs weren't working. I broke a couple toenails and it took like seven attempts to pull myself up onto my bed where I could get my legs to work again.
Any disadvantages to doing the main quest all in one go before going off and doing side quests? I kinda want to get it out of the way before someone spoils even more shit for me
I can't find dogmeat
HELP
Gah, fucks sake. Just had Piper get stuck in Diamond City and the AI pathing can't get her out. Gotta go back 2 freakin' hours to fix it. Think I'm done for the night...
i wish codsworth would stop calling me a hoarder. it is an accurate description but it still hurts, coddy
In case anyone is looking for a hellish fight and a suit of T60 armor, you can find both on top of the 35 Court tower due east of Goodneighbor.
ps you gon die.
Uhh, am I just an idiot, or can you really not drag around people's corpses anymore?
Worst game all years
I mean I guess now you can't steal things easily by taking them into another room anymore, but why can't I still load bathtubs up with severed limbs?
i am glad that so far the only problems i have had are occasionally getting stuck when exiting terminals. getting all 60fps with occasional drops in firefights in some areas, but this has been a surprisingly bug free launch for myself. shame it hasn't been that way for everyone
Shit man, main story is getting quite difficult:
[sp]I don't know who to side with: Institute, brotherhood...Institute almost seems too good to be true. It's weird seeing them finally after they've been pinned as the bad guys by literally everyone.[/sp]
But one thing bothers me. I haven't seen a single NV reference but too many FO3 reference.
Makes sense, considering Boston is near DC and Nevada is on the other side of the country.
Although, I have heard people say they found references to NV, but I haven't seen any yet.
Holy shit! Piper just swept out a raider's legs from under him, that was seriously cool.
I like piper. She's energetic and animated.
