Oh wow, the plasma weapon can become a [sp]Plasma-flame thrower[/sp]
I dunno[sp]Who to choose, I like both the institute and BOS please help me.[/Sp]
[sp] BoS, PURGE THE ROBOTS! PURGE THE HERETICS! PURGE THEM ALL BROTHER![/sp]
im getting like a weird stutter when i move and turn at the same time, i vaguely recall having this happen in previous bethesda games but managing to fix it but i cant remember how. Anyone know how to fix this?
i found a wall by the super mutant blockade in the downtown area which doesn't seem to have its collisions. i also got stuck not being able to do anything except holster and unholster my gun so i had to reload my save then
Whoever once said to not fist android girls. [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/402305544729609610/395EFBA59534B6BD284BB9534C4AA2C9744C904E/[/t] DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS
I'm officially in love with the combat rifle. Please tell me there's a unique variant.
i note that all the synths (that you fight anyway) seem to be male
Man, I'm so conflicted about companions. I don't like Preston because he's a shit head and never stops going on and on about his Minuteman garbage. I don't particularly think Piper is special, she's actually kind of annoying but her character disposition makes her more compatible with my playthrough compared to Cait who is way more attractive but has the fucking worst personality ever and hates every decision I make that's remotely 'nice' like some cartoonishly bitter person. And like, that's it so far. I haven't found the other ones but from what I read those are the only two human females you can travel so I don't know if I get to have any love-side-quest things.
Finished the main story after 28 hours put into it. I have mixed feelings about the game. All in all it was good fun and ive got plenty more to do. But really I have some gripes.
i've got 50 hours and just killed [sp]kellogg[/sp]
I'm taking this game super slowly. I think I'm at around 16 hours on my save and I haven't done the Diamond City quest yet. I'm loving every minute of it. Holy shit, if this is the pre-Diamond City content, I can't WAIT to see what's next.

68 hours in and I beat the main quest and I have a bajillion side quests to do now that racked up during me doing the main quest.
Best companion without a doubt [sp]Strong[/sp]
I wish there was a way to make walls no collided when building them so you can push them into the train. If the train is uneven they just float above the ground and look dumb
Heads up, cdkeys.com are having a daily deal on the season pass for £16.79 if anyone's interested. Also if you like them on facebook you can get 5% off that price, that's how I got my copy of the game.
I actually really like Cait but that's because I'm kind of a thieving dick and I like Irish accents(even though I don't understand how she has one).
I wish there was a way to make walls no collided when building them so you can push them into the train. If the train is uneven they just float above the ground and look dumb
You mean terrain I'm assuming. Same gripe here, it'd be so fucking easy to make things look flush if it weren't for the whole "nOOooooOoo you can't clip things in to each other!". As it is now I'm forced to leave man-sized gaps in walls that aren't perfectly straight, speaking of which the whole walls snapping together whether you want them to or not is also stupid. Fake foundations would also go a long way to helping IE a giant slab of concrete underneath floors.
So I was doing some quest, and found a locked door. "Oh! must be something of value inside" as I pick the lock NOPE [t]http://i.imgur.com/ap0XUrP.jpg[/t] NOPENOPENOPE [t]http://i.imgur.com/dds0OPr.jpg[/t] FUCK THESE THINGS [t]http://i.imgur.com/pZHmOiW.jpg[/t]
Is there anyway to remove a supply line? I cannot find the people I told to make a supply line anywhere.
[t]https://i.imgur.com/3QAbDXA.jpg[/t]
Is that the vault-tec guy? From the start of the game?
Is siding with multiple factions bad? In pretty much every Fallout game, I say "yes" to everything, and this one is no exception.
I just want to quote myself from the TES thread to give some insight into "it's the same engine" trash that spreads around here and on other places:
Creation engine is literally gamebryo for dx10/11..... Your logic is invalid.
Is there anyway to remove a supply line? I cannot find the people I told to make a supply line anywhere.
The entire settlement management aspect feels un-fucking-finished. Currently, as far as I know at least, the only way is to find that person when they're within the settlement. All they needed to do was make a fucking menu for it, but going by every other UI element in the game they'd have found a way to make that convoluted too Also am I the only one who can't understand the design of the assault rifle? As I said in one of the earlier threads, aesthetically it's a mish-mash of WW1-era machineguns with a dash of modern ones sprinkled in. It just doesn't make sense to me when look-alikes of real designs have featured throughout the entire series, most notably the M16, G3 and AK as the Service Rifle, Assault Rifle and Chinese Assault rifle respectively. I'm all for artistic license but they should keep it consistent at the very least
Is that the vault-tec guy? From the start of the game?
Yeah you can find him in Goodneighbor. I won't tell you how he's still alive but you can take a pretty good guess
Yo for those on good rigs who got auto-set to High/Very High/Ultra or whatever, turn TAA the fuck off. That butchers my dense-city framerate. I can hold above 30-60 in the city now. Before, it was chugging around 15-25.
Honestly if Bethesda ever made a game that wasn't made with Gamebryo it wouldn't feel right to me
Also nother friendly tip before I [sp]atom[/sp] bomb this exam. Don't mod the Flamer with all the +Damage -Range abilities or you'll regret it. It gets about the same range as a melee weapon and is vastly disappointing to use as such. No point in a flamethrower if Ghouls can still steal a hit or two while I hold M1 on them. :v:
but without taa the game looks like shit :(
Yeah, but having sub-20 frames is also shit for me. Ruins my mood in the city. Totally ruins any fun in using a scope (which also has random slowdowns sometimes??) I just wish I could squeeze a little more out in some dense areas. They really didn't bother to optimize this at all. And the quickselect/favorite weapon bug from Fallout 3 where it takes 20 seconds to remember what gun you just selected and pull it up is back in action and promptly fucking me over left right and center.
*dude shooting at me on the other side of the wall shouting out all the raider talk* *crouch* "THE DISAPPEARING ACT HUH?" Bethesda™
