Is there a way to edit the power armor HUD color?

The all sit in the garage if they're downstairs & if they're in there they can't leave. With the walls missing I have to force them up there and they get stuck on something on the middle floor panel and have to walk around it.
Looking down an alleyway, 40 fps [t]http://i.imgur.com/BpzNZvc.jpg[/t] Looking down an alleyway scoped in, 60 fps? [t]http://i.imgur.com/wMT135T.jpg[/t] Fix this shit Bethesda
Bethesda are geniuses, make people pay to do playtesting. I'm just gonna wait it out for a couple of years, once it's polished I may buy it again.
28 hours in and I still haven't gone to Diamond City yet. Am I playing this game right?

Weren't people complaining that NV also had a buggy release, especially on PS3?
Looking down an alleyway, 40 fps -IMAGE- Looking down an alleyway scoped in, 60 fps? -IMAGE- Fix this shit Bethesda
because my laptop is a potato, I am running at the lowest possible settings and my fps is always either 29-30 or 15-18 fps, I almost never get anything in between (Sometimes I got 40 fps, and I get 60 in the elevator room, but that's it) I'm till having tons of fun :v:
28 hours in and I still haven't gone to Diamond City yet. Am I playing this game right?
Take yo' time yo. I'm just trying to figure out how electricity works fast, which is not that hard in the end, then go roam and fuck shit up. Got a fully vault-boy painted (blue) power armor and ultra bright headlamp crafted with nuclear materials. Don't know where I got the nukes, but also got 1 extra fusion core waiting for good time.

Performance on any newer NVIDIA cards is preeetty fucking insane I'm feeling based on many user reports here. Personally I have not crashed a single time yet with all Ultra, jumping to desktop and back too occasionally to stress test it (??), which is miraculous for almost any new release, let alone fucking Bethesda.

I've only crashed once or twice and the only other major glitch I've had were inflated loading times and that graphical error I posted in the last thread, both of which were quickly fixed and never came up again. In other news, I have ~17 fusion cores and am waiting to pick up a suit of X-01 before I go on a rampage.
Is there any set location where you can either find the T-51 power armor or the X-01 series?
how far into the story do you start building your own settlements?

The closest thing I got was when I did "Reunions" with [sp]Nick[/sp] as my companion, I had to speak to him at his office after I finished to progress the quest, but the game didn't tell me that and I thought it was bugged. [editline]12th November 2015[/editline]
how far into the story do you start building your own settlements?
You can get to it in less than an hour after you exit the vault, but you'll be short on resources anyway so it'll take some time
how far into the story do you start building your own settlements?
You can start immediately if you want. It's not directly linked to the main story, it's an optional thing you can do at any time.
How do lifts even work? Walking into diamond city triggers a load screen using the lift by the guard doesn't.
Kind of a joke how you have to be a level 2 in 'local leader' to get more power armor workshops. Also, what's the quickest way to dismantle junk other than chucking it on the ground and doing it with the workshop editor? If there isn't another way, that's kinda ridiculous and someone should get onto modding that in as a thing.
I'm not sure if this was a scripted encounter, but I got mobbed by a legendary radscorpion, legendary deathclaw, yao guai and behemoth. I turned on god mode when the deahtclaw appeared whilst fighting the radscorpion, then the behemoth and yao guai turned up. I'm also level 5, which makes this even more absurd. Jesus fuck, I had a suicide super mutant run at me with a mini nuke. Thank fuck I worked out what was going down in the nick of time

TRANSFER IT TO YOUR WORKSHOP INVENTORY. THERE'S A BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM THAT SAYS TRANSFER ALL JUNK. HIT THAT SHIT LIKE A 50'S WIFE.
How many opportunities do you get to try and flirt with someone? I think I lost both my opportunities with someone.
Also god damn the Tucker memorial bridge got me. [sp]I was literally thinking "god damn look at all this gas and fuel containers. bet they will go up well." just as I activated the landmine.[/sp]
How do lifts even work? Walking into diamond city triggers a load screen using the lift by the guard doesn't.
The lift is the loading screen, it's a separate room most of the time and you just stay there until it's done loading

lol, I did a bunch of work on my settlement but the game decided to only save SOME of it. Thanks Bethesda I love having all my work deleted.
Did people really not know this?
It's been asked several times a page. Someone should really toss that into the OP, or something.
