Okay, anyone else having major FPS drops in cities? I've got a gtx 970 and a 3570k. I've got godrays off and shadows on medium but I still get drops to 45 or so in diamond city.

I ended up with 230 extra of all of the Chems I got from a quest because of that.
pretty much can't play because of a texture streaming/lod bug that's affecting a bunch of people regardless of GPU rip

Happens when your fps is too much above 60. Either turn on the ingame vsync or force vsync though graphics card driver.

I think [sp]you gotta turn her into a synth. I'm doing that right now. You have to get high relationship with her, go to goodneighbor and find doctor amari (sp?), and be a specific way through the main story and she will turn her into it.[/sp]
