Okay so how do you do the rug collision glitch? I can't seem to get it to work

My OCD crap gets annoying with Fallout, I'm obsessed with being perfectly good so no murders or anything but what is bothering me is that when I come across Scavengers they automatically try to kill me, if I kill them is it murder or doesn't count because they're hostile?

Is the combat armour in this game one full suit or is it pieces?

Comparing Fallout 4 to Fallout 3 the same way you compare Fallout 3 to New Vegas, how do the 2 compare? Are most of the core mechanics still there? Like pipboy functions and what not? Anything scaled back? How are the conversation options compared?

Just fyi if you don't want unlimited everything and still want to be invincible use [B]tim[/B] command. It's basically buddha from HL2.

I fucking love power armor in this game. I haven't used it past the concord mission but seeing BoS members in it, with the sounds it makes and its walk animation, it's exactly how I imagined it to look like in Fallout 1 & 2.

Protip: Anything that's electrical such as fuses have copper in them, so if you need to build power systems, scavenge what you'd expect. I finished the main story [sp]siding with Institute[/sp], now I am feeling unsatisfied. [sp]The ending scenes slides were pathetic(didn't show any changes I did in the commonwealth, Piper was upset at me after I let the Institute win but suddenly after being mad at me she forgot everything and calls me handsome again, almost no changes in the commonwealth can be seen. :/[/sp]

Yo fuck these gunner assholes. I get into a fight with a raider gang, then these fucking gunners SHOOT FROM THE BRIDGE AT ME LIKE YO? WHY. Then they FUCKING GO DOWN THE BRIDGE TO FOLLOW ME INSIDE THE BUILDING TO. And now I am getting fucked by molotov cocktails on one side(forged fuckers) and the gunners on the outer side. God damn it. AND SOMEHOW THE FUCKING MOLOTOVS GO THROUGH WALLS?

I put FO4 on my SSD and the loading times didn't seem to get much better :saddowns: At least my SSD doesn't make that horrifying sound while I'm playing though

You really gotta carry around a ton of weapons with different ammo types, it's surprisingly easy to run out of ammo.

During a Super Mutant attack I ended up with 5 shmucks running around in awesome armor, crushing the mutants. I don't think they'll be coming back. Also brahmin are weird. Was it scripted for a brotherhood strike team to drop in at Robotics Pioneer Park? They showed up out of nowhere and wiped out the super mutants and an alpha deathclaw with me.

I give up on trying to download Fo4 until I can find a better connection to download it from. I bought the fucking game, valve, let me fucking play the fucking game I bought.

Now I have 2300 .45 and fusion cells. I'm at no risk of running out of ammo. I don't even have ammo perks. I went from struggling to drowning in ammo, all without buying any.

I just went through and killed the commander, she has an almost full set of heavy combat on her but be warned, shes got HP to rival super mutants or at least did for me. She took 500 rounds from my minigun and a few 60+ damage shots from my explosive bolt action before she died.
