[vid]http://giant.gfycat.com/CrispFlawedBrocketdeer.webm[/vid] Wow ghouls look fucking sick now (from reddit)
Here's some good general companion tips I found for F4 -If you give a companion a more powerful weapon than what they start with, they will use it – along with any ammo you gave them. -Don’t sell the companion’s default weapon – as long as they are using it, they will have infinite ammo. -You can romance certain companions – just keep playing with them until the option comes up. The higher your charisma level, the better shot you have with them. There are seven romanceable companions, regardless of what gender you are. -When you start the game, you will have two choices of companions: Codsworth the Mr. Handy-like robot, or Dogmeat. Try them both if you like. -If your companion kills an enemy, you don’t receive XP unless you also damaged it (just shoot it once and you get credit). -Once you earn the perk from maxing out the relationship with a companion, you have it regardless of whether or not the companion is with you. -If you lose track of a companion and didn’t specifically send them somewhere (it occasionally happens when the story forces a companion on you), look for the sent off companion where you first met them.
Do the lovers this time around actually acknowledge your gender or is it the same gender-neutral interaction like it was in Skyrim?
There's probably going to be a day one mod once the GECK comes out to romance Dogmeat.
'And IIIIIIIIIII will always love Youuuuuuuuaaaaoooooooooooouuuuuaaaaa~' *Protagonist lifts up dogmeat and spins around with them in their arms.
So god rays are a screen-space effect and not a real effect like metro or STALKER. Game looks fantastic IMO but I was kinda hoping for STALKER-like godrays for full atmosphere
They aren't screen space though, even on console I get godrays without having any bright spot directly on my screen. It's just harder to see when I look away from the source unless it's really foggy.
So I've got this game on PS4. Something is really bugging me about it. It's capped at 30fps but it fucking STUTTERS every time something explodes or something happens (It also looks like bad. Some of the textures are awful.). Is this really acceptable in 2015? Not really. If you compare it to MGSV which constantly runs at 60fps with no framedrops even if you're going bat shit insane (it also looks much better) then you can sort of see that Bethesda need to book their ideas up. It's beyond funny now. I've also run into a few bugs and it's just like.. eh.. It's fun though.
What does romancing a character even do? Do you get married or start dating or somethihg?

Wow companions actually feel like people in this game. I never used them before because they always got in the way and felt like robots, just picked up piper instead of dogmeat and she does her own things while I loot or talk to people, comments on a lot and is just a very useful companion in general. I might just finish this game without being alone.
[sp]You immediately have sex there on the spot as the screen fades to black[/sp]
eh I guess? I was hoping for something more like Skyrim where they acknowledge you are with them. Maybe do some flirting or something.
Just picked up my Pip Boy! It's actually very solidly built! I'm pretty impressed - all the buttons and knobs work and move. The packaging is very good.

So how do I entirely turn off depth of field? It gives me a headache.

Did my question get answered? Is cods worth spelling specific? IE if my names Conner will he say Conner (using the Connor sound clip ofc)
Kinda disappointed that a settlement isn't just any place with a power armor stand, found this cool place but it has no workshop so bluh
You can choose where to send a companion when you leave them. (I sent dog to sanctuary) Also how do you sync your workshops together? I've been having to fast travel stuff from RR to Sanctuary, even after taking local leader.
Dont fuck with Swans.
Well The game got delivered and is installing now. Should be ready when I get home from classes. I am as happy as a school girl right now. Even have the guide book to read when I am at school.
Found this last night, less than an hour in, no spoilers: http://m.imgur.com/a/ZMGkN
Something tells me I'm going to like the minigun once I get certain perks.
So, Dogmeat and Nick Valentine just... disappeared on me. I sent them to Sanctuary Hills and they're not there or at any of my other settlements. What do?
Okay it went away after restarting the game. I guess it's supposed to be some kinda rads effect that just stuck because of a graphical glitch.
Is that guy just huge or is that how giant power armor is? That's like spess muhreen levels.
Power armor makes you a fucking space marine now, it's that big.
Find better friends
Anyone else loving the pacify perk?
Are the user reviews for Fallout 4 being raided on metacritic?
anyone found other power armour parts? I've found like half a set of t45 on some random power armour frame but I haven't found anything else so far after 17 hours.
Apparently when you use an item for it's components without scrapping it first, the other components in the item are destroyed.
What are the weapon mods you get from scrapped weapons for? I have a bunch of weapon mods in my inventory, but even if I want to a mod like one of those to a weapon, I still have to craft the mod from scratch every time.
