Dead Rising 3 Megathread - Games

so far the only problem i have with this game (aside from the god-awful mouse controls while aiming with guns, again, making them useless) is the lack of a timerless free mode capcom pls

There [I]is[/I] a timer but if you don't want to bother with the missions it's so ungodly long that you'll have done everything you want to do by the time it runs out once. It takes about 20 real life hours for you to run out the clock if you don't do any of the ingame missions (some of them subtract time during cutscenes, time jumps, etc).

Are all Untold Episodes as weird as the Angel one? I mean, there were only like 3 cutscenes, the missions were pretty weak and the ending was just stupid.

did they ever remove mouse acceleration on the recent RE4 release? last time i played it im pretty sure it was still there

so I did some searching on the wiki and [sp]Frank West is 51 at the time dead rising 3 takes place, and is a counselor/public speaker. so an off the record type dead rising 3 would still be possible, of course if the devs intend to make one.[/sp]

It depends on the model though. There are several different skeleton types and Nick seems to use one meant for him only - so swapping some characters onto him will produce glitchy effects. PC port worth buying or did it end up being crap?

Off the Record is still surprisingly pricey, even on sale. I'd pick it up for $10 or less, but $15 is a little high.

[QUOTE=Nemisis116;45961978]PC port worth buying or did it end up being crap?[/QUOTE] It has all the Untold Stories DLC and proper mod support, and is being frequently updated (so it's not Saints Row 2 PC) but people are having a lot of technical issues, but the team is still working on fixes apparently. So I'd wait a little while until most of the major bugs are fixed.

Unless you don't mind downgrading your graphics drivers with NVidia (Unless they fixed it) and ignoring the FPS issues, it's really fun to play.
