It's possible, and in which case.. Portal 2 still had bunny hop, and I'm unaware of if any newer version has it removed. I know that there is a hidden server variable in CSGO to re-add bunny hopping, which can be enabled by a server plugin.
I like how security guards try to aim for the head now, due to the slow fire rate of the pistol. Now they can take down zombies in 3-4 shots! :dance:
Please devs, if it isn't in the game (don't have it yet) will you guys consider recording an HEV announcer for multiplayer? I want to hear more in that HEV filter/tone
Can anyone help me test the stability of my server quickly please? So far it appears to be the only Australian one up, but no one is connecting.

We are not lying about bunny hopping and have not done anything to prevent it. Any issues with it are down to Valve and the engine. If you won't believe our word, I don't know what more we can do. All I can do is give you my word that we have not deliberately removed it.

There will be more announcers to come. We hope to make announcers workshoppable, but that remains to be seen.
Isn't the Steam BM on a more updated Source engine too? I think I remember reading a while back that they did that and that it is less crash happy now, but I can't remember for sure. I love BM, but damn did I get a lot of crashes (though it was probably the Uncut mods so it isn't any fault of the devs). Either way, when I get my stuff back on I am definitely buying this.
Wow, I'm kind of surprised at how weak the secondary fire of the shotgun feels. It was way better when it felt like it was going to fly out of your hands.

We still have a bunch of planned weapon changes. We'd like to redo the Crossbow at some point, and the Shotgun is on our radar as another issue. Plenty more to come, hopefully!

Awesome! Are you going to add more unique animations for when you first get a weapon? Because I noticed some weapons have them and some don't.
Just sold most of my Steam inventory to buy this game. The massive shitstorm in the Community Hub by people who are mad for the game being sold is hilarious. Sounds like they've been living under a rock ever since Greenlight came out.

Most likely has to do with the 'paid mods' fiasco of last week. Ignore them, they're entitled brats.
I have to change mat_hdr_level to 2 and mat_fullbright to 0 each time a map loads. Anyone also experiencing this?
Hehe, Tau Cannon makes Doom door sounds upon being picked up. Also, its altfire charges in singleplayer as fast as in deathmatch, this needs to addressed.

As far as I know the only gun which doesn't have one is the Crossbow, and that will be redone.

OK, I'll place my faith in you folks. You've done a brilliant job with this mod, and all of what I offer is [url=https://github.com/sndrec/src]in respect to the engine that I've personally worked with[/url] - I'm unaware of what's going on behind the scenes with the engine that Black Mesa is running on, and it may be more complicated to re-add than what I believe.
Now that the game has been officially released on steam, might there be the possibility of a server side cvar to enable bunny hopping in the future, then?
I feel like the game become much easier even on Hard difficulty. It's not a problem but I liked when I managed to beat original BM on hard. Also 'Always Run' toggle doesn't do any effect.

Huh, I didn't see any kind of special animation with the MP5. Maybe I just missed it.

I remember when the free version released, enemies had very high reaction times and near-immediately attacked you all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if the devs toned things like that down, consequently making it a bit easier (and closer to the original, all things considered).
Can anyone confirm it's running on the latest source 1 build? Some folks are saying it's source 2013 that half life 2 is on right now.

They haven't revealed that it's going to stay at the same price. They've just said that saying the price was going up to $25 was an error - they still might have it go up to $25, or even higher, but just didn't plan to reveal that yet.
