Its called a "wwl" or "waterwall" (arent they just soooo funny?). just get one equal to or greater then the level of the firewall your trying to get past, and follow the riddles to get the higher levels

It's to catch people logging in to bank accounts. It's best to simply avoid it period, stealing bank accounts is only a good thing to do when not a lot of people are online. The 135.132 bank is camped constantly.
