I really wish the tutorial played when I started playing like it said it would so I knew what I was doing.
All I do is collecting IP's and try to get software, right? I don't get the vspam thingys yet, if I download the one from Freeware 4 All, wouldn't it infect my computer?

yeah it took me a while to find this, so glad i did though, easy to make 25k in like 15 hours, already up to 100mbit connection now ^^
Either it's just me, or this game is definetely not nice to beginners. I've got up to a 0.7 firewall and stuff, then someone hacked me, deleted all my software, cleared my bank account(well, SUCKS that you can't delete your own log...) and then when I logged in I had like 20 virusses on my computer...
I found that you can delete your log, its a button on the left a bit below internet that just says "Log". Edit it like others logs and your fine. I quit after the same thing happened to me, I deleted EVERY log of the computers I went on but still got hacked somehow. Sigh.
Helping with software still, make sure you have enough HD space.
