Feels like it just straight-up replaces Mutons, when it really shouldn't cause it makes no sense thematically.
And Mutons are rad, too.
Mutons never seem to evolve past 1 armour and 8 hitpoints in my game, and meanwhile ADVENT officers seem to have around 20 hitpoints and I'm very,very late game.
You know that begs the question, when it comes to Mutons.
What happened to the Muton Elite?

I suppose standard mutons are all elite now, but what happened to these guys, would have been neat to run into a more advanced muton down the line, like how Advent have officers.

Mutons and crysallids feel very underused. I went a whole game never seeing the crysallid reproduction.

as soon as i understand enough about the modding tools i'm going to change this
mutons have the potential of having fun new tiers of enemies like advent
mutons, muton berserkers and muton centurions are different enough that they could keep appearing as regular enemies for a long time with the appropriate buffs
i also plan to throw some vipers and sectoids on late game pods because just like with seekers, alone they quickly become easy to deal with but mixed with other, more dangerous enemies in a pod that you have to priorize is when their abilities (mindspin, venom, tongue grab) are way more scarier
and of course, chrysallids appearing way earlier in the game because by the time they appear right now they're honestly a joke.

If anyone wants to know the progress of my Jagged Alliance 2 Voicepack: I'm slowly making progress, but I'm probably gonna release the first 15 when I get there, so that I don't get burned out. I got 70 folders of Mercs, so I'll update the mod for every 15 that I finish.

I'm not sure that'd work. [sp]I mean you find out that ADVENT soldiers are grown and not modified humans so they don't exactly have memories of life beforehand.[/sp]

fuck after this mission I encountered my first andromedon protected by 2 codex's
but thankfully I was able to show that tank who's boss by blowing out the ground beneath it on a 2 story building and watching it ragdoll majestically.
now missions in the future are gonna be even more special

Or the objective is in the middle and extraction at the top

There is a mod to get the [sp]avatar hair[/sp]. It looks ridiculous on the vips and civilians.
That Advent armor looks so much better than plated. Now I just need an appropriate T3 replacement since I like the appearance progression as well as some Advent themed Mag weapons alongside the rifle.
So I found the codex hair in the assets... how do I make it useable as a hat or hair type?

What I'd rather see is a ADVENT response to the Exo suit, maybe even ADVENT troopers with heavier weapons and a clear influence from muton DNA as the aliens get more desperate in their efforts.
ADVENT is a very cool concept but it starts to feel underused late-game once you realize there is only 4 classes.
